Quick Takes

Didn't know that Kyle Anderson was part Chinese. Very cool story:

Also, I have to mention that Montrezl Harrell is a beast! This guy is blowing up and is going to keep getting better and better. Can't believe that Houston let him go. Man, Jerry West is amazing.

Lastly, my take on Trae is that he is just too young right now to lead an NBA team.  Even Curry had 3 years at Davidson and led his team to the Elite 8 at Davidson. Trae needs time to not only grow and mature physically, but really learn how to play the right way. Throwing him into the pool and having him almost drown is not the best way to develop him for the future. If you keep him in the starting lineup and he continues to play at this horrendous level, you are jeopardizing his future. Honestly, I'm not even sure he can be a high level starting point guard with his diminutive size and average shooting. He is a very high level passer and even I'd say elite. He is a very good finisher as well but if he can't get his 3 point shooting up near 40%, it will be very tough even as he matures physically and learns how to play the position.
