Rox lose both = Lakers pass Rox for at least 7th. Rox win tonight = Lakers can't take 7th even with win on wednesday. Rox win tonight + GSW lose = 6th seed.
Dragic is taking cheap shot against Lin again. He always plays filthy dirty against Lin. He can't settle "who is better" the fair way. Lin must treat Dragic the same way.
Dragic cut Lin's lip with his elbow the last time they played against each other in Phoenix. Dragic repeatedly played dirty and the ref let him in the 2nd half of the 4th Q. Lin or his teammate should retaliate. It's the only way.
They or Lin needs to do it to Dragic intentionally the next time; even initiate, instead of just getting back at hin only. It will send a message that Lin isn't a pushover.
James Harden is a freaking bone head. How many times he going to do that drive move and draw the charge. He has two players on the wing and he didn't pass it. Instead he chose to drive straight on to his defender.
The backcourt binding. Lin owe one to Harden. Oor take Harden and his girl out to dinner and a movie. Oh wait, what am I saying! Harden gives his girl 46-26-46 girlfriend $50,000 (!!!!!*$#@Y!!) per month spending money. That's on top of lavish gifts from him. Yikes!
Wow, a chippy game. The Suns are assured of a lottery pick and so may of former Rockets players are trying to show who's better and also to show their home fans a good time.
I hope Lin's elbow or something in the eye is okay. He needs to see well to play well.
McFail really wants to lose this game, everybody is standing around the arc going ISO. Jeremy with an ISO brick because nobody came over to get the ball.
JLin should just sit out for the rest of the game. It's not worth it to get injured. They are going to lose anyways with the way the players are playing.
Parsons is painful to watch. He is so laughably bad this game. Just terrible. Makes the wrong decision on both ends of the court 99% of the time. Can't rebound, pass, dribble, shoot, rotate, man-up...nothing.
Game Over unless Linsanity is allowed to beast in the 4th.
I get a feeling that Harden WANTS to lose 2 games, fall to 8th place and play his former team OKC Thunder in the 1st round. He's doing a tank job and McFail is allowing it.
Worst part of this game will be people thinking Parsons had a good game because of his shooting -- he's ruined TEN other possessions through fastbreak TOs and ball-stopping until 5s are left (so someone ELSE can take and miss a tough shot). Not to mention his horrendous rebounding and confusion on defense.
Yeah, Parsons' "selfishness level" is not that far off from Harden, that's for sure. He sure learnt a lot of those selfish tricks of making his own stats look good while making teammates worse from Harden. And the worst part is that he has nowhere the same ability but as big as an ego.
Because McHale rides the "hot hand" and believes that an unit led by Parsons and Beverley should beat the poor Suns?! Although when Lin's doing well in the 2nd quarter, he sure didn't want to ride the "hot hand" then and still put in Parsons and Harden regardless.
It's hilarious how they can get away with it, too. There's zero oversight in the NBA.
In baseball, there's a committee that tracks every strike-ball call and reviews umpire performance and makes recommendations to improve the game -- even during the middle of the season!
They might. Denver keeps winning. And they're afraid of Denver.
Even OKC has mental question marks (Westbrook, Scott Brooks) and a loss to the Rockets. But Denver has a great coach, depth, veterans, athleticism and 4-0 record against the Rockets.
Yeah, it's official. McSimpsons are idiots. They wait until the lead balloons back up to 8 points before calling a time out and putting back their starters.
I don't know why you guys are hating on Parsons and Harden. The Rockets still need those two to function. I don't believe Lin can do it all alone especially against the teams that will hon in on Lin and shut him down.
I've been reading these comments... people saying that Parson's is having a terrible game and that he sucks? How? Am I missing something? I must be really bias.
No player is flawless except maybe Lebron James. So you could nit pick about anyone's game. Botton line is Parson's has had quite a good game. At least that is my assessment. Thanks for sharing your assessment. I think he's played quite well.
After numerous clutch plays by JLin the past crucial games it's the same drama over and over... Very hard to predict when Lin is playing on the 4Q or not :( frustrating always!!!
When the ball goes through you and you play the entire second half, you gain momentum and rhythm. Would have been nice to see that with Lin in the second half.
Regardless of the minutes Parson's has played, saying he has played a terrible game and sucks is just something I don't comprehend. I'll just respectfully disagree with those who see it this way.
When Lin/Harden have a good games, we have more wins. When Parsons/Harden have good games, we win LESS games. Parsons stats don't tell the entire story.
The mind is better able to understand an intention like tanking; it makes sense. It's much harder to comprehend stupidity, which defies sense. Which is what McHale is.
It's true what you guys keep repeating. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again. I believe that is the definition of Harden when he drives towards the basket.
Beverley does nothing. And his hustle and extra movement don't equate to anything really. I don't think McHale really knows how to win a game. Put Lin and Harden back in or just Lin with those guys when they are 5 down and they win this easy
If they lose to the Lakers ,they both get 45w 37L.and they win 2 and lost 2 on each other.so! Who is gonna be the 7 seed? I don't know how do they count it?
Lin's gotta come out strong in the 3rd qtr.
ReplyDeleteThe Rox hasn't clinched at least 7th spot have they?
ReplyDeleteVia??
DeleteClinched 7th.
Delete[To clinch 6th with 2 ROX wins, 2 GSW losses, or any combo.]
Hmm if they lose this and the next game. Don't they tie lakers who own tie breaker over the Rox?

Tx . U r the best!
Deleteyw, glad to help :)
DeleteLin with the reverse over Dragic and a trailing Suns player.
ReplyDeleteHarden Lin was wide open.
ReplyDeleteDragic is taking cheap shot against Lin again. He always plays filthy dirty against Lin. He can't settle "who is better" the fair way. Lin must treat Dragic the same way.
ReplyDeleteDragic cut Lin's lip with his elbow the last time they played against each other in Phoenix. Dragic repeatedly played dirty and the ref let him in the 2nd half of the 4th Q. Lin or his teammate should retaliate. It's the only way.
Harden got him back heh
DeleteI just saw that after the fact (I missed it typing the above, LOL). I don't think it was intentional, but a GREAT JOB harden!
DeleteHarden getting back at dragic for Lin.
ReplyDeleteIt's called karma.
DeleteIf it pertains to Dragic then it is Drama.
DeleteThey or Lin needs to do it to Dragic intentionally the next time; even initiate, instead of just getting back at hin only. It will send a message that Lin isn't a pushover.
DeleteJames Harden is a freaking bone head. How many times he going to do that drive move and draw the charge. He has two players on the wing and he didn't pass it. Instead he chose to drive straight on to his defender.
ReplyDeleteHe had Lin WIDE OPEN. What the fuck is wrong with Harden? That's like the 10th time this happened.
DeleteAt least he elbowed dragic.
DeleteSolidz75,
DeleteA good point. Thank you, Harden.
I'm hearing that the Draconian Dragic will return. Time to get even for all other cheap shots against Lin that were never retaliated.
I think Harden saw all that dirty play.
ReplyDeleteThe backcourt binding. Yikes!
Deletebonding (not binding, LOL)
DeleteEverybody is bleeding left and right
ReplyDeleteWow, a chippy game. The Suns are assured of a lottery pick and so may of former Rockets players are trying to show who's better and also to show their home fans a good time.
DeleteI hope Lin's elbow or something in the eye is okay. He needs to see well to play well.
What is hardens shooting percentage since his return? He's missing a lot of shots.
ReplyDeleteHe blew two Lin assists. Going up WEAK on a layup and got a foul, then missing a wide open 3.
DeleteNo I meant since his return from injury, not just this game. He just hasn't look good shooting recently.
DeleteLin is the most explosive player on the team
ReplyDeleteHarden is hardening.
Hate the energy now.
ReplyDeleteparson is not a FUCKING PG
ReplyDeleteThey want to lose this game? Not much ball movement!
ReplyDeletePlz.. Parsons so overrated player to Mchale & Morey..
ReplyDeleteRockets offense and defense has gone to shit when Harden and Parsons are in the game. Just an observation.
ReplyDeleteAlso the TOs have been going up with those two in the game.
DeleteGame is fucking boring now.
ReplyDeleteHARDEN is taking too many shots to get his score and that's killing the team right now.
ReplyDeletegreg smith...has very slow, poor footwork. I think he is limited. He has big frame but doesn't know how to use it.
ReplyDeleteI think parson and harden purposely freeze lin out when lin looks like he is going to get more points than harden
ReplyDeleteThe 3rd quarter is the same story as the 1st quarter with Parsons and Harden getting their numbers but sacrificing the team.
ReplyDeleteLin just doesn't look to shoot when parsons or hardens on the floor..
ReplyDeleteHe needs to bc Parsons isn't 100% and is taking on way too much of an offensive load and Harden is playing on a bad knee.
DeleteIf you take Harden out, the ball will move much faster.
ReplyDeleteThe problem is Hardening the ball.,
If the Rox lose this and the next game, aren't they 8th seed?
ReplyDeleteI fucking hate it when Parsons dribbles the ball. WTF. Stop giving him those opportunities.
ReplyDeleteTime to take Harden out!!!
ReplyDeleteWow Parsons looks like garbage this game. And people think he's the 2nd best player on the Rockets? PLEASE...
ReplyDeleteOnly Mchale and Morey think so.
DeleteWhen Parsons takes more than 3 dribbles and still has the ball, it's often bad news.
DeleteHe's killing Lin, too. He keeps giving Lin the ball with the shot clock winding down...after he screwed up to waste 20+ secs.
DeleteAnybody think that Lin can turn Linsanity on and off like a faucet? Perhaps he can channel Linsanity if he opens up his chanka.
ReplyDeleteWhat's a chanka?
DeleteMaybe you mean chakra. The Linsanity chakra located right above the dragon blood mark.
Yeah, I meant chanka like the one from avatar.
DeleteCan't have Linsanity if there are other wannabe PG's out there that turns the ball over and not move to make themselves open.
Deletecouldn't even capitalize on Dragic's stitches.
ReplyDeleteThis is not the first time Lin + 2nd team showed its mighty ball movement. It started with the Portland Trailblazers in the second quarter.
ReplyDeleteThat was a clean block. Damn refs.
ReplyDeleteMcHale would never admit the problem is ball Hardening!!!
ReplyDeleteMcFail really wants to lose this game, everybody is standing around the arc going ISO. Jeremy with an ISO brick because nobody came over to get the ball.
ReplyDeleteIs this worst team really hard to beat for them? How can they gonna handle in playoffs?
ReplyDeleteThey will get blown out in all 4 games with this type of offense lol.
DeleteDon't tell Harden Jeremy has more shots than him....he will go through a chuckfest in two mins just to have more shots...lol
ReplyDeletecomes off bench and chucks up two...he is cold...can you just pass and get people involved and get in a rhythm by driving or shooting fts?
DeleteHarden missed 3 threes in a row and turned it over with a lazy fast break pass. He doesn't care about losing this game.
DeleteWe are losing this game because bev is not playing... I keed I keed.
ReplyDeleteHarden is doing a very good impersonation of the Memphis game. He is obviously not hitting his 3 pointers tonight. He spent it all last night.
ReplyDeleteGood sub by McHale now. Need to rest Lin for the 4th.
ReplyDeleteI think he's done for the game.
Deleteyep. Hopefully Harden will be sitting for some of the 4th qtr too.
DeleteOKC is going to destroy us in the playoffs.
ReplyDeleteEven though Parson's so much poor playing, Mchale take Lin out...
ReplyDeleteLin needs a little bit of rest for the 4th.
DeleteJLin should just sit out for the rest of the game. It's not worth it to get injured. They are going to lose anyways with the way the players are playing.
ReplyDeleteParsons is painful to watch. He is so laughably bad this game. Just terrible. Makes the wrong decision on both ends of the court 99% of the time. Can't rebound, pass, dribble, shoot, rotate, man-up...nothing.
ReplyDeleteGame Over unless Linsanity is allowed to beast in the 4th.
Watching this game today, and I don't see how this team made the playoff without Lin. But the team can make the playoff without any other player
ReplyDeletewarriors leading 68-63 to the spurs, with parker and duncan resting the game
ReplyDeleteOKC here we come...
ReplyDeleteI get a feeling that Harden WANTS to lose 2 games, fall to 8th place and play his former team OKC Thunder in the 1st round. He's doing a tank job and McFail is allowing it.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, who is more overrated, Parsons or Harden?
ReplyDeleteHarden by far.
DeleteParsons. At least Harden IS an elite scorer undoubtedly.
DeleteParsons shouldn't even be starting...much less considered a "foundational" piece.
If harden diesnt get the calls, he becomes a huge liability. The trend has been the refs are not calling as many fouls.
DeleteJust scoreboarding. Parsons' numbers look darn good. That's the problem with statlines, and mainly why Lin appears mediocre to other fanbases.
DeleteHow da hell did we make the playoffs. This team looks horrible!
ReplyDeleteparson is rocket's best defender
ReplyDeletesorry ??
DeleteHe meant harden
DeleteMcHale is so bad.
ReplyDeleteWE haven't seen much of Asik in this game. Is he getting the Lin treatment because he lets Scola score over him with ease?
ReplyDeleteMcFail tank job, nothing else to see here.
ReplyDeleteWhy would McHale start the 4th with Parsons as the focal point and Beverley as the PG and without Lin again and again?
ReplyDeletebecause he's a moron.
Deleteoh god, lin's not coming back
ReplyDeleteWhen will McHale realize that Parsons can't lead the 2nd unit?
ReplyDeletenever. that's his son.
DeleteAre you a Bieberliver?
DeleteMcHale thinks Parsons is a playmaker. I'm serious.
Deletehe does think Parsons is a playmaker, that's why he handles the ball so much.
DeleteParsons got good hair and good style. McHale is a Bieberlever.
DeleteDelfino trying to do too much. Know your role!
ReplyDeleteIm shocked we are still in this game.
ReplyDeleteParsons doing well being the focal point of the offense.
ReplyDeleteMcHale,
ReplyDeleteIt is JLin time show.
ReplyDeletebut the media and HOU retards will praise him to no end.
DeleteThey will. Even the shots he made are unguarded or created by someone else.
Delete99% of people can't do anything but read a boxscore.
Yeah, Parsons' "selfishness level" is not that far off from Harden, that's for sure. He sure learnt a lot of those selfish tricks of making his own stats look good while making teammates worse from Harden. And the worst part is that he has nowhere the same ability but as big as an ego.
DeleteWow neither lin or harden back.. McHale doesn't seem to care about winning this game. He really wants OKC huh.
ReplyDeleteLin hasn't seen the fourth quarter yet even though Suns starting PG is playing.
ReplyDeleteMcHale must have forgotten about Lin being clutch.
Deletelin isn't back in because...
ReplyDeleteTank? Don't want to face Denver. At all. Even OKC would be better...
DeleteMchale is .....
DeleteAt least in the minds of McHale (who refuses to run the offense through Lin).
DeleteBecause McHale rides the "hot hand" and believes that an unit led by Parsons and Beverley should beat the poor Suns?! Although when Lin's doing well in the 2nd quarter, he sure didn't want to ride the "hot hand" then and still put in Parsons and Harden regardless.
DeleteScorer gives Dragic the phony 3. Jeremy's had 4 of those taken away this season alone! NBA refs, people...
ReplyDeleteexactly my thoughts. if Lin shot that, it would have been -- and HAS BEEN -- ruled a 2.
DeleteIt's hilarious how they can get away with it, too. There's zero oversight in the NBA.
DeleteIn baseball, there's a committee that tracks every strike-ball call and reviews umpire performance and makes recommendations to improve the game -- even during the middle of the season!
Mchale's son is back! Screw limiting Parsons minutes to 30.
ReplyDeleteT-Jones is keeping the Rockets in the game so far.
ReplyDeleteso much drama with lin being on this team
ReplyDeleteOk, lets see Lin.
ReplyDeleteMacgail wants to lose game with Lin out 4th?
ReplyDeleteI guess I was right, Lin's not gonna finish the game and Bev is.
ReplyDeleteI bet you that McHale will put back Harden and Lin with 5 minutes left in the game to see how they will respond in a tight game.
ReplyDeleteI was right. He wants to see how his team will respond with 5 minutes to go.
DeleteThey wanna lose this game?
ReplyDeleteThey might. Denver keeps winning. And they're afraid of Denver.
DeleteEven OKC has mental question marks (Westbrook, Scott Brooks) and a loss to the Rockets. But Denver has a great coach, depth, veterans, athleticism and 4-0 record against the Rockets.
you bench the kid that brought your team back...
ReplyDeletethat was a goaltend! WTF.
ReplyDeleteif lin doesn't come back, i'm fucking rooting for the suns. fuck houston.
ReplyDeleteThis is some horrific coaching by McHale. Leaving your two best players on the bench this long?
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's official. McSimpsons are idiots. They wait until the lead balloons back up to 8 points before calling a time out and putting back their starters.
ReplyDeleterockets are going to get sweeped. Mchale is a incompetent coach
ReplyDeleteThe last time the Rox had the lead was when Lin was the primary ballhandler. Ever since just payhetic
ReplyDeleteI don't know why you guys are hating on Parsons and Harden. The Rockets still need those two to function. I don't believe Lin can do it all alone especially against the teams that will hon in on Lin and shut him down.
ReplyDeleteI've been reading these comments... people saying that Parson's is having a terrible game and that he sucks? How? Am I missing something? I must be really bias.
DeleteI have no idea. It's true he tries too much to be PG and causes TO, but so far he is having a decent game.
Delete24 points, 3 TO, 7 assists and 3 rebounds.
DeleteNo player is flawless except maybe Lebron James. So you could nit pick about anyone's game. Botton line is Parson's has had quite a good game. At least that is my assessment. Thanks for sharing your assessment. I think he's played quite well.
DeleteHAHAHAHA. The blindmen talking about McHAle as Coach of the Year better open their eyes now. This is unreal.
ReplyDeleteNo fucking way,if they lose this one and the Lakers ,they are gonna be the 8 seed against okc.
ReplyDeleteSomeone please explain... wtf is mchale doing?
ReplyDeleteMcHale wants Jermaine O'Neal to goaltend again!
ReplyDeleteToo late to put the starters back in.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you.
Delete9 pts behind at 4:48 time remaining. It is not like the Suns are playing badly.
After numerous clutch plays by JLin the past crucial games it's the same drama over and over... Very hard to predict when Lin is playing on the 4Q or not :( frustrating always!!!
ReplyDeleteNo center to get rebonds now?
ReplyDeleteNah, McHale doesn't believe in rebounding and defense. He believes in Parsons, Delfino and their 3 point shooting.
DeleteParsons played the whole 2nd half to get his pretty but empty stats lol.
ReplyDeleteMcHale is an idiot. He almost benched Lin if not for that random time out. Man, this guy sucks as a coach.
ReplyDeleteThe only way to justify McHale's move in the fourth is to lose this game.
ReplyDeleteBut I don't know why he would want to lose this game!
Why PB is still on the court ??
ReplyDeleteGOOD BOX OUT HARDEN
ReplyDeleteIf they lose to the Lakers, they are going to play okc.
ReplyDeleteI honestly don't know how anyone can say Parson's is playing bad this game. This is the kind of thing I don't understand, here.
ReplyDeleteYes, don't doubt Mchale's son.
DeleteWhen the ball goes through you and you play the entire second half, you gain momentum and rhythm. Would have been nice to see that with Lin in the second half.
Do you watch the game or just see the box score?
DeleteRegardless of the minutes Parson's has played, saying he has played a terrible game and sucks is just something I don't comprehend. I'll just respectfully disagree with those who see it this way.
DeleteAnnnnnnddddd you know what happens when he's a primary playmaker? He gets his assists and points BUT THEY LOSE ANYWAY.
DeleteWhen Lin/Harden have a good games, we have more wins. When Parsons/Harden have good games, we win LESS games. Parsons stats don't tell the entire story.
DeleteDon't feed the troll guys.
DeleteYeah where is Asik?
ReplyDeleteParsons TERRIBLE rebounding has cost the Rockets 10 pts. this game.
ReplyDeleteWe could've used Asik for rebounds there.
ReplyDeletewhy did mchale bring harden back? he's been cold all game, hasn't done anything.
ReplyDeleteHarden gave up corner 3, missed layup, now didn't box out and gave up offensive board.
ReplyDeleteHarden jumps straight up from 5ft to block a three... of course you're not going block anything.
Deletealso have to give harden some credit for tuckers +13 pts from usual average of 6 points per game
ReplyDeleteReally?
ReplyDeleteLets face it. The Rox are not beating the desperate lakers. We are on route to 8th seed and seeing OKC...
ReplyDeleteblatant tank job by harden on missing that ft
ReplyDeleteThe mind is better able to understand an intention like tanking; it makes sense. It's much harder to comprehend stupidity, which defies sense. Which is what McHale is.
DeleteIt's true what you guys keep repeating. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again. I believe that is the definition of Harden when he drives towards the basket.
ReplyDeletegame over! nearly impossible to beat lakers in Staple center as they need win to secure 7th and we play OKC. Devastating loss
ReplyDeleteIf Rockets loses tonight and to the Lakers wouldn't they be tied with the Lakers? Who wins the tie breaker?
DeleteTUCKER AGAIN
ReplyDeleteBeverley does nothing. And his hustle and extra movement don't equate to anything really. I don't think McHale really knows how to win a game. Put Lin and Harden back in or just Lin with those guys when they are 5 down and they win this easy
ReplyDeletePJ TUCKER CAREER NIGHT WITH MULTIPLE MONSTER OFFENSIVE REBOUNDs
ReplyDeleteIs OKC really the best match up for us?
ReplyDeleteNo. But better than Denver possibly -- Karl is too smart. He knows Lin is the key to the whole Rockets and that gives him a HUGE edge.
DeletePJ Tucker killing the Rockets. Isn't he Harden's man?
ReplyDeleteIt so simple they (coaches) plan to lose this game.
ReplyDeleteharden makes kobe blush with his stellar defense
ReplyDeleteJeremy hasn't even TOUCHED THE BALL since he came back in.
ReplyDeleteAUTOMATIC LOSS. Idiots Harden and Parsons lost this game 100%.
Wait till the playoffs..
DeleteSo disgusted with the same shit all over again
ReplyDeleteGuess McHale really wants to lose this game.Otherwise, he is really an idiot.
ReplyDeleteHarden = predictable. Most Improved? No...most overrated.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great plan McHale
ReplyDeleteobvious tank job by mcHale and Harden
ReplyDeleteThe game is lost by ball hardening and Mcfailing.
ReplyDeleteLin could have easily win this game & improve his stat but McHale would NEVER let him have one...
ReplyDeleteCrazy team...
harden is so useless, unbelivable, the SUNS should have 3-1 on the rockets on the year being the worst team in the West
ReplyDeleteLOL HARDEN "HERO BALL."
ReplyDeleteJeremy didn't even run a single play in the final 5m. Maybe one? That's it.
This game should automatically eliminate McHale from COTY considerations.
ReplyDeleteIf they lose to the Lakers ,they both get 45w 37L.and they win 2 and lost 2 on each other.so! Who is gonna be the 7 seed? I don't know how do they count it?
ReplyDelete
