I hate late games like this. It's a killer on us East Coast folks. Let's hope Lin can bring it and shut down Isiah Thomas and his friend TD. Go Rockets. Here we go.
Damn, D-Mo in for G. Smith who already picked up 2 fouls in the 1st quarter. He got to play smarter and stays out of trouble. The Rockets will need him to help Asik battle Cousins.
I thought that was a deeply philosophical debate. "What if" the line that delineates a good perimeter shooter from a great perimeter shooter disappears?
To the poster who said that Ppat is making the Rockets pay by Morey trading him I don't know if you are watching the same game, but PPat only got two freaking point and a TO.
Lin picked up 2nd TO on a pass to Parsons when he was up in the air. Parsons was slow to react and bobble the ball and got it stolen. He must still be hallucinating.
Can't watch the game cause my internet sucks. Is Lin back to not shooting/deferring to Parsons/Harden again? I see he has 5 assists but only took what 2 shots? And Harden is 3/8 but bunch of fouls again?
So let me guess, offense is boring to watch again?
Pretty good so far. 7p/6a/1s/2t. Do the math and that's 14p/12a/2s/4t...which is great.
Would like to see him shoot more next half, make or miss. I still expect idiot McHale to yank Jeremy for most of the 4th if Beverly does anything remotely helpful.
It's going to be a very close game. Asik & Smith both got 2 fouls already. We have no backup for them. The Kings would be a fool not to exploit that in the 2nd half.
Brace yourself. McHale, Harden, & Parsons are coming
ReplyDeleteBoo!
DeleteHa!
Deletedoes anyone know where we can stream this?
ReplyDeleteLet's go Jeremy!

ReplyDeletehttp://nlds1.cdnak.neulion.com/nlds/nlgdcn/nba/sac/as/live/sac_hd_3000.m3u8
ReplyDeleteopen it with vlc
Les go JLin and ROX
ReplyDeleteHopefully Parsons can shoot like Delfino after he came back from food poisoning.
ReplyDeleteThomas is shooting 60% the last 4 games!!!
ReplyDeleteHarden tries to post and no pass and so he had to run to the top of the key for Lin to pass it to him and Harden got his first assist to G. Smith.
ReplyDeleteTwice Harden got the ball from Lin at the top of the key.
ReplyDeleteLin needs and wants to stop Isaiah Thomas.
ReplyDeleteGood start by the Rockets!
Lin with his first assist to Parsons on a home run alley oop pass.
ReplyDeleteis that the first successful half court alley oop this season? That was a staple in NY...
DeleteLin with 2nd assist to Harden at the top of the key for a 3 pointer.
ReplyDeleteHarden also got two assists and 3 points. So far, Harden, G. Smith and Parsons have been taking all the shots. Nothing for Lin and Asik yet.
DeleteLin -> ALLEY HOOP TO Parsons!
ReplyDeleteFINALLY.
DeleteHe and Landry/Shumpert did that once a game in NY.
That's the FIRST time he and Parsons alley-ooped all season. Good sign!
Homerun, baby! lol
DeleteYes! Good sign :) I think he threw two alley hoop passes last game but it didnt work...
DeleteTHank you!
ReplyDeleteRocket interior defense is a bit leaky.
ReplyDeleteGreg Smith needs to block out his man better.
Kings missing some easy shots. Rockets not rebounding...
ReplyDeleteIf Lin shuts down Thomas, Rox win. 22 pts average on 60% shooting the last 4 games!
ReplyDeleteLin with 3rd assist to Parsons on a 3 pointer.
ReplyDeleteHes made all his shots so far.
DeleteLin with also silly TO having the ball poked away from him by Isiah.
ReplyDeleteHe needs to be careful or he'll be benched at 5min mark.
DeleteHarden passing to Lin every chance he gets!
ReplyDeleteLin passing up shots again...argh.
ReplyDeleteI hate when Lin passes up an open shot like that.
ReplyDeleteCan anyone tell me why Lin decided to pass to Asik when he had a wide open shot?
ReplyDeleteI think that is his game. He wants to set up his teammates first and get them going before he starts to take some shots.
Deletehehe nice dunk!!!
DeleteHe needs to cut that crap out.
DeleteLong jumper is not the preferred shot in the system.
DeleteAlso, Lin doesn't want to look trigger happy to McHale.
@psalm234 if it is true then McHale is a major negative on Lin's game. I thought as a coach you would want to bring the best out of your players.
DeleteHarden looking good with two 3 pointers so far. Lin is still scoreless. He only took one attempt and missed on the layup attempt.
ReplyDeleteI don't like it when Harden just stays at the top of the key.
ReplyDeletedude, he always does that. that's his thing.
Deleteis it how he gets steals and assists?
DeleteThat's how he makes the offense predictable.
DeleteObviously!!!!!
DeleteBack to boring ads basketball...
ReplyDeleteLin -> steal -> dunk!
ReplyDeleteLin with great anticipation and stole the ball from Cousins and dunked the ball for his first 2 point score.
ReplyDeleteDUNK
ReplyDeletenice to see that dunk!
ReplyDeleteDUNKKKKK
ReplyDeleteWham!
ReplyDeleteHahahahahaha again
ReplyDeleteIsiah is very smart using screens to free himself up so that he can either drive or shoot.
ReplyDeleteSaw McHale clapping after that dunk..
ReplyDeleteSolidz you're in the SAC game?
DeleteNo.. But I'm watching sac telecast...
Deletejlin is locking down on thomas
ReplyDeleteDamn, D-Mo in for G. Smith who already picked up 2 fouls in the 1st quarter. He got to play smarter and stays out of trouble. The Rockets will need him to help Asik battle Cousins.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good substitution.
ReplyDeleteSmith out.
I bet he would pick up the 3rd in a minute.
20-11 Good ball movement and spacing to shoot by the Rockets!
ReplyDeleteLin wants to involve Parsons and Harden back into the offense. Good plan.
Love the steal and dunk. Then huddle up and do McHale's job coaching during time out. Go Lin!
ReplyDeleteDamn, Harden was slow to react and let Cousin blow by him for a dunk.
ReplyDeleteit seems Rox is rushing thru the play...man way too much missed shots!
ReplyDeleteOnce you put DMo in, there's no defense.
ReplyDeletePut TRob in rather than DMo.
Jeremy was fouled on that "TO" -- but he should shot it.
ReplyDeleteAnd to be fair, the refs are letting both team hack at the rim, so it's fair.
They counted it as a blocked shot, actually. Heh, I can live with that.
DeleteDMO is regressing,, argg
ReplyDeleteDMo messed up the offensive flow.
ReplyDeleteHe needs to get better.
Lin with 2 TOs so far. I think he got hit on the attempt and no call and he was out of bounds with the ball.
ReplyDeleteWow, Rockets falling apart after Lin's TO (really a foul). Three weak layups instead of dunks around the basket.
ReplyDeleteThe scorer counted it as a blocked attempt.
DeleteDMO should be sent to the D-league working on his defense.
ReplyDeleteT jonesin
ReplyDeletewa really mchale bench him
ReplyDeletesigh
DeleteTerrence Jones is playing??? Whoa
ReplyDeleteLin is out and Bev in. A T-Jones sighting and he scored his first basket.
ReplyDeleteIt was off of a Harden airball 3 point attempt.
DeleteLove sac fans.. I hope they keep the kings in sac
ReplyDeleteT - Ross! Never thought Id see him today. Who can guess the minute mark in the second when lin will be put back. Im gonna go with 7:33
ReplyDeleteMeant Jones
DeleteOur bigs are not as involved in offense in this game..
ReplyDeleteHarden & Parson's show
DeleteDMO mess up the entire offense line.
ReplyDeleteThese 3PG offense is sputtering and not as free-flowing as "the PG" offense orchestrated by Lin.
ReplyDeleteCoaches went back to regular rotation to sit Lin at 3 min in Q1.
*sigh*
I guess Lin only get quality minutes when I am not watching the games.
Deletego away etane :)
Deleteno, you go away you "euroturd" = P
DeleteYou missed two really good games, Etane.
DeleteYes, and I am back. And, so is McHell's motion offense.
Delete@etane:
Delete:p
I like these kings announcers.
ReplyDeleteThey sound like they are at a golf event. Goddam speak up and stop sounding like you are calling Bingo numbers.
DeleteGrant napear is a prick
DeleteT jones looking impressive
ReplyDeleteDMo needs to be benched! Not even a hand up defending his man.
ReplyDeleteDid you see that post-move, though? Woo! Not sure how many NBA players even have that shot/footwork in their arsenal. Two? Three?
DeleteThat was nice. Even the crowd were like "ooooh"
Deleteyeah, he got that spin-move pretty good but blew his defensive assignment 3-4 times and missed the layup.
DeleteHe needs to be more confident.
His footwork is awful.
DeleteJust like a giraffe
Go Ppat.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason with the addition of Harden and Parsons back the offense looks slow and sticky. At least according to my eye test.
ReplyDeleteWith Smith gone, it's all the way downhill.
ReplyDeleteWhy did they call TJones and DMo before TRob to defend Cousins?
ReplyDeleteThe scorer took away one TO for Lin on the non foul attempt.
ReplyDeleteDoug vs bev match up
ReplyDeleteheh 3 of the ex-rockets is playing against the rockets right now.
DeleteHahaha, Beverly missed Cisco at the top of the corner for a three. James Anderson passed him the ball from Beverly.
ReplyDeleteGo Garcia.
ReplyDeleteYou're the playoff hope to win the series.
No Lin, No Harden, No Parsons, No Asik playing on the floor. 2nd team is in right now. McHale is experimenting again.
ReplyDeleteHe's been experimenting all season.
DeleteWhy is DMO still in there.
ReplyDeleteHe just hit his first 3 pointer tonight.
DeleteDMO must have the longest leash
ReplyDeleteMcHale is caught picking his nose :D LOL
ReplyDeletehe's disgusting!
DeleteGood job PB!
ReplyDeleteIs bev that athletic
ReplyDeletechaos at it's finest.
ReplyDeleteBeverly with a superb block on Thorton.
ReplyDeleteGood old Pat is reminding Morey about the sick trade.
ReplyDeleteTD & Pat Bang1
Why is that, because he made one shot? You need to open up your eyes more. T-Rob is picking up his game. He just needs time. He got some athleticism.
DeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteOffense is hideous. Get a real PG in there.
ReplyDeletelol
DeleteYet HOU fans still think Bev is just as good as Lin and "will challenge him for the starting spot next year".
DeleteThey got T&D and we got stuck with DMO the giraffe.
ReplyDeleteThe problem is not entirely on DMo
DeleteZzzzzzz
ReplyDeleteditto
DeleteKings announcer (not a joke):
ReplyDelete"If they took away the 3pt line, do you think that would change the way the game is played?"
Oy vey. These are professionals, folks!
Why not take the hoop away as well? :0
DeleteI thought that was a deeply philosophical debate. "What if" the line that delineates a good perimeter shooter from a great perimeter shooter disappears?
DeleteMaybe they shouldn't play bball and just play Bingo to determine the winner.
Deleteoh
DeleteIt's like football taking away the kick offs. It would be very boring.
DeleteWhy has the feeling that seeing second unit's game is more exciting than the starters'
ReplyDeleteYes Chaotic! isn't it?
ReplyDeleteLin is always the first one to sit and the last one to leave the bench.
ReplyDelete..and if Bev is having a good game Lin will stay on the bench.
DeleteSee Lin is benched while the Kings is taking the lead.
ReplyDeleteThey are chatting tony and Lin
ReplyDeleteSWeettt
Friends will be friends, when you're in need of love they give you care and attention...
DeleteHow long has the first unit sat out?
ReplyDeleteMcHale was watching.
Its gotta be weird for Lin to play against Douglas.
ReplyDeleteThis game is soooo boring... Glad I changed my mind about going.
ReplyDeleteLin 3!!!
ReplyDeleteTHis is what happens when I hop over to amazon to do some shopping.
DeleteLin for 3!!!
ReplyDeletea small victory dance by me after that 3 :)
DeleteLet's hope you do Gangnam Style tonight!! :D
Delete:)
DeleteDouglas missed a layup on Lin and Lin came back with a three pointer.
ReplyDeleteSuch a relief when Lin hits a wide open 3.
ReplyDeleteYou can almost hear thousands of people praying when the ball was in the air :D
DeleteWell, it was fun to see Lin be THE point guard for the two games. Even with limited minutes, Lin still does well.
ReplyDeleteWhy does it feel so slow.
ReplyDeleteSeriously
DeleteThis team looks off. Not a time to be experimenting with line ups McHale..
ReplyDeletelook at all those asian fans supporting Lin. Love it.
ReplyDeleteThe offense looks slow because Lin passes the ball to Harden and Harden passes to Lin and then Lin waits for Harden again. No movement at all.
ReplyDeletePretty play by Lin and Harden to Asik cutting to the basket!
ReplyDeletethat was sweet!
DeleteAsik not passing to Lin = TO
ReplyDeleteEveryone looks a step slow..
ReplyDeleteIs Lin the king of hockey assists?
ReplyDeleteLin got the assist to Asik that time.
DeleteIt seems like it.
DeleteGreg Smith is back!
ReplyDeleteTo the poster who said that Ppat is making the Rockets pay by Morey trading him I don't know if you are watching the same game, but PPat only got two freaking point and a TO.
ReplyDeleteSee? Harden CAN play d!
ReplyDeleteHarden's feet didn't even move!
DeleteHaha did u see harden push Asik out if the way?
ReplyDeleteAwesome ball movement by Harden-Lin-Harden for an easy putback!
ReplyDeleteMe likey!
Great pass -- I didn't see that coming at all.
DeleteBut he got his 2nd TO when Parsons SCREWED UP on a simple pass.
Bounced right off Chandler's fingers for a TO on Jeremy.
Lin 5pts, 5 asts!
Delete$5 footlong!!!
DeleteLin picked up 2nd TO on a pass to Parsons when he was up in the air. Parsons was slow to react and bobble the ball and got it stolen. He must still be hallucinating.
ReplyDeleteIt happens every game at least once. A turnover on Jeremy that is 99.9% someone else's fault.
DeleteCan't watch the game cause my internet sucks. Is Lin back to not shooting/deferring to Parsons/Harden again? I see he has 5 assists but only took what 2 shots? And Harden is 3/8 but bunch of fouls again?
ReplyDeleteSo let me guess, offense is boring to watch again?
It was boring to watch with Harden in there and Lin passing it to Harden instead of setting up the offense.
DeleteMeant 2/5...
Deletewell, Lin intentionally gave the ball to Harden and Parsons as multi-PG to get them in the offensive flow so it's okay.
DeleteGood thing is Harden looked to pass more back to Lin.
This game isn't a blowout like some predicted.
ReplyDeletePray Smith stay out of foul trouble.
ReplyDeletelol poor Smithy
ReplyDeleteLin with 6th assist to Parsons for a 3 pointer in the left corner. Anybody notices Asik's game is suffering when Harden is back in the game?
ReplyDeleteLOL Harden directs traffic with the clock running down then he goes ISO from the top of the key.
ReplyDeleteHarden very unselfish this half.
ReplyDeleteCrap - Harden still on the floor!
ReplyDeleteeh jeremy lin is playing against someone thats couple inch shorter than him, he should get some easy buckets.
ReplyDeleteNo spacing
DeleteHarden shaken up... hope his foot is ok.
ReplyDeleteIs jimmer hurt?
ReplyDeleteNo he's just not allowed to play because of his awful defense. = P
DeleteI hope he comes back in so the Rox can get some easy baskets..
DeleteHere's what I noticed about the game:
ReplyDelete1) Game looks slow and not flowing enough with Harden and Parsons back.
2) Asik and G. Smith numbers are down with Harden and Parsons back and Harden and Parson's number are back up.
3) Lin seems like he doesn't have the freedom to do what he wants and instead just outlet pass to Harden and let him make the call on offense.
4) 2nd Team doesn't look good. Only bright spot was T. Jones.
Pretty good so far. 7p/6a/1s/2t. Do the math and that's 14p/12a/2s/4t...which is great.
ReplyDeleteWould like to see him shoot more next half, make or miss. I still expect idiot McHale to yank Jeremy for most of the 4th if Beverly does anything remotely helpful.
It's going to be a very close game.
ReplyDeleteAsik & Smith both got 2 fouls already. We have no backup for them.
The Kings would be a fool not to exploit that in the 2nd half.
Harden has as much assist as Lin but he attempts more shots and his points are higher thanks to three made 3 pointers.
ReplyDelete
