Lin schooled Dragic, so he got benched for a while. After the Suns; bench schooled the Rox and overtook the lead, Dragic is back again with the Suns' players looking more confident....... After Harden and Lin trying to see who can commit the most turnover, which gave the Suns the momentum, Harden started getting hot late in the 2nd quarter. In the 2nd half, I hope Lin and the rest of the Rockets will get hot too.
Lin needs to give up gluten, so that he could run around like a bunny but play so so, that way McHell would praise him for having a "good energy". hahahaha.
i hope you're seeing Lin being kind of cold toward McDamnpson. *kind of" because, being the coaches, he can't be totally cold to them; that's as "Christian-like" as he should toward the biased jerks.
after all the uproar, McHell has given Lin plenty of minutes. what a jerk McHell is - and a phony.power
unfortunately, Dragic got hot down the stretch. The Suns' bench players came up big, and Dragic did his part at the end.
this is another example of the opponent's coach outcoaching McHale: they do better in-game adjustments. people give too much credit to the Rockets coaching staff, always using the excuse how they're the youngest team. this Rox team CAN do better.
Lin understands and speaks basic Mandarin. His countless interviews in Taiwan and China were basically that. He even said that in his pre-draft interview.
Im not sure :) I have seen videoclips of lunar new year celebrations on russian streets with lots of chinese (looking) people, dragon dance and laser shows and so on. A lot of caucasians were celebrating with them, too.
However - I have a hard time imagining that you will find a place were chinese people are in the majority.
People say there are a lot of vietnamese folks in Paris and Berlin, and chinese people in Frankfurt, too. However - if you go to those places you will see that there are more asians in a mall somewhere in california than in all of Paris or Berlin :)
BTW - dont mistake asian looking people for asians. Inuid look asian too you know?
I wouldnt mind living on the fourth floor. But if I were living in a buidling were I had trouble finding the fourth floor (because the elevator buttons say 1,2,3,5... I would feel a bit funny :)
Inuid were the people who crossed the bering straight from Asia like 10-20k years ago? So, originally, they were Asians supposedly.
And, depends on which part of Paris you're in, they have two Chinatowns one Cantonese and one Mandarin... pretty much 95% Asian looking people there. = D
Chinatowns in european cities (apport from UK) are usually more like china-streets. If you go to the restaurants you will see more caucasians than asians there. The 13th arrondissement in Paris is said to be crowded with vietnamese people but all you will find are some food stores, pho restaurant, banh-mi stores and shops that sell stuff (cd, dvd).
Yes - there are ethnic groups who came from asia but thats a long time ago. Different languages and cultures. Inuid people dont consider themselves asians - they consider themselves unuis :)
If the Rockets had a day off, they'd be blowing the Suns away.
Lin with 4 fouls ... he really needs to develop a pull up jumper, refs will call him for offensive foul every time. Harden gets the calls because he is Harden and is entitled to FT's. Lin can't do the same.
Seriouslly, I don't care about anything. I just want Rockets to win. This is a HORRIBLE! game. Rockets can't make a rock in the sea. We just need to win this one, and get some rest and practice. But we can't lose this one.
Jeremy's foul trouble preventing him from d-ing him up.
And then he committed a pointless frustration foul on the next possession to give him 5 fouls...just a bad game for everyone. Even Harden has struggled with TOs and the usual bad defense.
kenoshi , you are right , we are going to get Dragic back and get a lottery pick instead going to to playoff with Lin. Then you will be so happy....Ha Ha ha
No , u need to see Asik is doing both center and forward position and it is a back to back game game for a 7 footer .For sure Mchale is not a NBA coach yet , hopefully someday he is good enough to understand the game better and good enough to be qualify as a college coach .
Hi Cara ,we should thanks for those TVN who only showed up after losses and disappeared in wins , that must be another way of support Lin , and try to make us looks good .
I think these are type of games where Lin can make a case for himself. Instead, he was soo blatantly Ineffective.. Almost looks lke a one trick pony - clog the lane, anticipate he will pass when he drives.. Lin can't shoot outside jumpers.
Perhaps this is why McHale can't give Lin full trust.. He surely won't be just handed his trust.. He will have to earn it.
Solidz75, you must feel bad Lin take Rockets to the payoff, even if Lin win champ , u will cry that he is lucky and he is not part of the team..... hahaha
Lin can't continue to play like this. He was sooo ineffective on offense in the 4th quarter. Can't make threes. Can't drive. He may be worn out from defense but if he wants to gain McHale's trust, he needs to step it up. Very disappointed.
Dragic was going all out because it was his former team. Just like Lin going hard against the Warriors and Knicks. Nobody was going to stop him tonight, but we'll see what happens later this week.
Dragic was ineffective except the fourth. Lin really needs to take advantage if these 4th quarter minutes so that next time he sits, there will be outrage. He really didn't step up tonight. I presume it's his conditioning. He just can't perform well on b2b...
Lin needs to fire his trainer Josh Fan, I know Josh is his childhood friend ... but come on, this is the NBA, Lin has to worry about his health and well being.
Even when he had the ball I saw him hold on to the ball too long, drive and then pass with 2 sec left...
I do agree harden held on to the ball too much, but that is nothing Lin is not used to. I won't make any excuses for Lin tonight. He needs to look at himself and find a way to step up... Especially if McHale will be his coach for time to come.
If he is going out there to public ally support his coach, then find a way to elevate his game under the current system.
Can't blame McHell this time for not giving Lin a chance in 4Q this time. He got minutes and he was given the PG role to start when he came off the bench. The ball then was forced back into Harden's hands...
Harden's 8 TO's and many other misses show that yesterday's game against a hacking Warrior's took too much out of Rox, top athletes tho they are. Blame it on Lin.
Sucks that the next game is soooo far away.. 3 days to insult Lin by the haters.. I hate when Lin gives morons fodder...argh.. Why does team always play down to the level of their opponents..
Cheer up dude, Lin was not as involved in the 4th q because he was not himself, trust me the shot he took really hurt the mouth. I see revenge coming next game, cheers dude
Harden's defence against Dragic was so poor, McHale had to take Lin off the bench half way thru 4Q to control him. But the bull had bolted the gate. Blame it on Lin.
Airball three? Wow...
ReplyDeleteHarden hung him out to dry with 2 seconds left. though sometimes its better for Lin to shoot that way
ReplyDeleteYes just shoot and not think. Get into the groove. Shooting from 30ft away can do that too.
DeleteLin to the hole for two!! Finally!
ReplyDeleteThen almost turns the ball over on a fancy pass on the next possession, wtf??
DeleteHappy that Lin is playing on ball in the 3rd so far!
DeleteDMO 3!
ReplyDeletehahaha its nice to see twins playing on court. I hope Jeremy has a twin who plays good bball like him or kicking butt on another field.
ReplyDeleteDMO with a beautiful 3! Almost thought CP shot that.
ReplyDeleteJeremy shoots!
ReplyDeleteAnnouncer: "You want want Lin to shoot when he can spread his feet".
2 mins ago: "Lin can't shoot spot up 3s".
SO FAR, prediction is wrong, Lin is getting lots of minutes UNTIL Lin commits offensive foul. Too aggressive?
ReplyDeleteWell, he's on bench cuz he cut his lip on the play plus that's his 4th foul.
DeleteBad call IMHO. Scola had a foot on the restricted area line.
DeleteIt looked like Scola got pushed into the line to me but I wasn't really looking... wait for HLs.
DeleteLin schooled Dragic, so he got benched for a while.
ReplyDeleteDragon blood!!!
DeleteLin can't eat spicy food for the next couple of weeks.
DeleteIts not like he has hemorrhoids :)
DeleteI don't think he likes much spicy food..
DeleteHe needs to cut down on the ketchup on his double doubles too.
DeleteLin needs to give up gluten, so that he could run around like a bunny but play so so, that way McHell would praise him for having a "good energy". hahahaha.
DeleteUgly game for everyone! Nice 3 by JL, though!
ReplyDeleteTwo quick fouls making it FOUR for Jeremy...close but legit. Beverly might stay in for good.
TERRIBLE refereeing.
ReplyDeleteLin got hit with a phantom foul on a right pick.
Also, Lin got that fake offensive foul against him with Scola in what appeared to me to be in the restricted area.
KHuang,
Deletei hope you're seeing Lin being kind of cold toward McDamnpson. *kind of" because, being the coaches, he can't be totally cold to them; that's as "Christian-like" as he should toward the biased jerks.
after all the uproar, McHell has given Lin plenty of minutes. what a jerk McHell is - and a phony.power
Away announcers again like Lin's game. They said Lin is a "tough dude, I gotta give him his props."
ReplyDelete"Other players would be lying on the floor for 5 minutes."
DeleteYeah. Love the away love that Lin gets.
DeleteNothing working for Lin tonight but hes staying aggressive.
Bench probably till end of fourth. I have to wake up early tomorrow anyway. Gn everyone!
ReplyDeleteHe will be back around 5-6 mins mark in 4th qtr
DeleteLin needs to take Drogic out, just kidding
ReplyDeletedragic has been hot lately, not in this game.
Deleteback to watching
When you all think Lin back on 4 th?
ReplyDelete10 min
Delete4 foul already
DeleteProbably midway through the 4th quarter. Rockets are missing him too, Beverly isn't taking any shots, Harden won't pass it to him on the arc.
DeleteDamn, Suns are out rebounding us
ReplyDeleteWOW Offensive rebound buffet in the last sequence. Rox in necro mode.
ReplyDeleteGetting out rebounded by Marcus Morris too :(
DeleteDragic getting benched. Lol
ReplyDeleteunfortunately, Dragic got hot down the stretch. The Suns' bench players came up big, and Dragic did his part at the end.
Deletethis is another example of the opponent's coach outcoaching McHale: they do better in-game adjustments. people give too much credit to the Rockets coaching staff, always using the excuse how they're the youngest team. this Rox team CAN do better.
Mostly playing like D leaguers for both teams
ReplyDeleteLin is 1 for 4 beyond the arc.
ReplyDelete4 PFs, 4TOs, and 4 Assts.
Bad Chinese superstition numbers....
Cantonese, Not Taiwanese [Fujianese]
DeleteCantonese isn't Chinese?
DeleteNot LinChinese :)
DeleteDoes his family speak mandarin or taiwanese primarily?
DeleteWell Chinese or Taiwanese, it's a good thing Lin is a Christian so he doesn't believe in "Luck".
DeleteIf he had 6, 6, 6...then it be a different story.
I've heard his parents speak mandarin, his grandma I think speaks taiwanese.
Delete[About the #4, people in HK are REALLY superstitious about it.]
All superstition to me. = D
Delete@Anon~ Haha, true...
DeleteLin understands and speaks basic Mandarin. His countless interviews in Taiwan and China were basically that. He even said that in his pre-draft interview.
DeleteYah I never heard his family speak Taiwanese either. Their mandarin is without accent.
Delete@via:
DeleteRussians believe in all that crap too. They love to have 888/118 license plates and you find chinese horoscopes in their magazines and newspapers too.
Yeah @Etane :)
DeleteYou can tell Lin doesn't care about the Chinese superstition. If he did, he wouldn't have worn #4 at Palo Alto and Harvard.
DeleteI was told if you're ever in Moscow, half the people there are of Chinese descent?
DeleteI mean you will see half the people there look Chinese.
DeleteIm not sure about that Etane :)
DeleteJust say "no" I won't be offended. = D
Delete@wil~ Anything #888 commands a different/ higher price here, anything with a #4, low-priced [still, people don't want.]
DeleteDifferent cultures...:)
---
@Etane~ [Communist exchange? Immigrants?] Don't know about Moscow, but the border with China, lots of Chinese men/ Russian brides = mix babies...
Alfa Romeo 164 didn't sell in Taiwan but 168 sold pretty like hot cakes. Same car.
DeletePresident Chiang picked up his squeeze in Russia too.
In Korea there's no 4th floor?
DeleteSome buildings here, 4th floor skipped.
DeleteI saw a few Chinese ghost movies where the 4th floor connects to hell.
Delete#4 -> homonym to "death."
Delete[Different cultures, different folklores, etc.] :)
@Etane:
DeleteIm not sure :) I have seen videoclips of lunar new year celebrations on russian streets with lots of chinese (looking) people, dragon dance and laser shows and so on. A lot of caucasians were celebrating with them, too.

@via:

Inuid were the people who crossed the bering straight from Asia like 10-20k years ago? So, originally, they were Asians supposedly.
DeleteAnd, depends on which part of Paris you're in, they have two Chinatowns one Cantonese and one Mandarin... pretty much 95% Asian looking people there. = D
*Iniut
DeleteChinatowns in european cities (apport from UK) are usually more like china-streets. If you go to the restaurants you will see more caucasians than asians there. The 13th arrondissement in Paris is said to be crowded with vietnamese people but all you will find are some food stores, pho restaurant, banh-mi stores and shops that sell stuff (cd, dvd).
DeleteYes - there are ethnic groups who came from asia but thats a long time ago. Different languages and cultures. Inuid people dont consider themselves asians - they consider themselves unuis :)
Sry -> inuiT
DeleteJust like Mongolians and Tibetans don't consider themselves Chinese... Inuit look like steppes tribe and Manchurian mix tho?
Delete13th is the garment district right? Kinda recall the bahn mi shops there.
Oh and half of Taiwan.
DeleteJudging by the looks is tough. When Im in calfifornia I sometimes have a hard time telling whos mexican and whos vietnamese :)
DeleteVietnamese people can look like han-chinese, they also can get dark skin and look like thai, cambodian or mexican :)
Im chinese but all the chinese people keep saying I look korean! Koreans however dont think I do look korean?!?
If the Rockets had a day off, they'd be blowing the Suns away.
ReplyDeleteLin with 4 fouls ... he really needs to develop a pull up jumper, refs will call him for offensive foul every time. Harden gets the calls because he is Harden and is entitled to FT's. Lin can't do the same.
Rockets settling for too many 3-s ... and air balling everything. Come on Delfino.
ReplyDeleteLins back!
ReplyDeleteHe's on ball and easy 2!
DeleteThat help defense hurt lin...Left his man wide open.
ReplyDeleteWow what was Lin thinkin' on that drive...
ReplyDeleteHe wasn't thinking "shoot first".
DeleteLin wasn't used Haddadi's length. Haddadi also blocked Delfino.
DeleteHe looks as raw and reckless as last year.
DeletePart of it is not having any experience playing this Phoenix team, but the rest is just smh.
Lin turning over like crazy today...but he is playing his style when he has the ball. Just missing. Him and Harden
ReplyDeleteRefs are allowing the Suns to illegally body check Lin.
DeleteLin comes in they're 5pts ahead.
ReplyDeleteLol I would bet he's not playing 4th next game.
Make that 8pt ahead.
DeleteBeverley isn't a better option. Suns are making 3s and the shorter Beverley isn't going to contest those. He's also 0-4 from the field too.
DeleteWe gonna lose
ReplyDelete:/
DeleteOh crap Marshall got lucky!
ReplyDeleteLosing to the lowly suns, smh
ReplyDeleteCommon Lin, let's go
ReplyDeleteLin should've drawn a foul on that one drive, but the refs cheated him out of that one too.
ReplyDeleteI HATE NBA refs.
The one game you attend...Hope they can comeback...
DeleteLin just cannot depend on drawing fouls.. It is what it is.. He needs to think of something else.
DeleteCrash the offensive boards!!!
ReplyDeleteHarden is getting us to 1pt.
ReplyDeleteAside from his 8 TOs, he's having a pretty good game statistically. Can't count how many pts he gave up tho on D.
DeleteHarden playing like a superstar... Lin not really making a case for himself despite the opportunity..
ReplyDeleteLin is pissed out there, playing HARD defense on Dragic. Harden handling things on the offense.
ReplyDeleteBut playing good d on dragic
ReplyDeleteGood D on dragic
DeleteWhen Dragic penetrated for the dish-out, Harden was guarding him.
DeleteLin also made the mistake of leaving his man on the 3 pt line. He does that a lot.
Seriouslly, I don't care about anything. I just want Rockets to win. This is a HORRIBLE! game. Rockets can't make a rock in the sea. We just need to win this one, and get some rest and practice. But we can't lose this one.
ReplyDeleteC'mon guys close this game out. You can't lose to this scrub team. Rox offense has been terrible for past 2 games. Will they get over 100 today?
ReplyDeleteLockdown D boys and harden taking over on offense
ReplyDeleteThe Rox look like they play down to their opponents.. All season
ReplyDeleteIt's like both harden and Lin are competing who can have more TOs. They both got to step up and finish the Suns
ReplyDeleteWow Dragic took Lin and scores.
ReplyDeleteDragon took on dragon blood.
DeleteI can hear all the LOH screaming get Dragic back.
DeleteJeremy's foul trouble preventing him from d-ing him up.
DeleteAnd then he committed a pointless frustration foul on the next possession to give him 5 fouls...just a bad game for everyone. Even Harden has struggled with TOs and the usual bad defense.
kenoshi , you are right , we are going to get Dragic back and get a lottery pick instead going to to playoff with Lin. Then you will be so happy....Ha Ha ha
DeleteDragic take Lin to school and Lin take Rockets to playoff.
DeleteLOH gunna blame this one on Lin if they lose.
ReplyDeleteHonestly he is looking pretty bad in 4th today.
He was given the ball when he came off the bench. Surprised to see that but disappointed that the team didn't respond.
DeleteLin is doing fine , this game is like 3 against 5 , the problem is rebounding. So that is the coach's problem
DeleteGame over!
ReplyDeleteAsik is getting schooled. Blows a layup, can't box out.
ReplyDeleteNo , u need to see Asik is doing both center and forward position and it is a back to back game game for a 7 footer .For sure Mchale is not a NBA coach yet , hopefully someday he is good enough to understand the game better and good enough to be qualify as a college coach .
DeleteWow Lin is playing sooo bad.. He can't do anything on offense.
ReplyDeleteJerm needs mama Lin to watch him play.
Deleteagain , it is 3 against 5 , so Lin is doing what he supposed to do without any team concept from coach Mchale .
DeleteLin crapped on himself here. Hard to gain trust when he does that.
ReplyDeletewhat the heck are you talking about?
DeleteLin is getting fouled on every play. I'm AT THE GAME and watching the stupid refs cheat.
We're talking about his performance in 4th KHuang, its abysmal from what we're seeing.
DeleteHe has absolutely no offense right now and Dragic is taking him to school. Its quite bad, their teammates are just ignoring him.
DeleteWhy bother with TVN who only showed up after losses and disappeared in wins?
DeleteIf the refs did their job right on Lin, he wouldn't be bashed all game long and committing phantom fouls.
DeleteHi Cara ,we should thanks for those TVN who only showed up after losses and disappeared in wins , that must be another way of support Lin , and try to make us looks good .
DeleteGame over.
ReplyDeleteThis is an embarrassing lost.
ReplyDeleteLin crapped on himself here. Hard to gain trust when he does that.
ReplyDeleteEveryone played poorly. Even Harden was merely okay (hot shooting made up for 8 TOs and bad D).
DeleteThis was Jeremy 2nd bad game all year -- when he was actually allowed to play his role at least some of the time.
Well deserved loss, wishes coach sat out Lin 4th quarter and save some embassment
ReplyDeleteBack to the drawing board Lin.. This is a game we could've pulled out if hr played better offensively.
ReplyDeleteThis is why Houston feels like they need a second superstar... Lin really is not playing well in crunch time.
What Houston needs is a REAL power forward. What championship contender would play a 6'6" Delfino at PF during crunch time?
DeleteI think these are type of games where Lin can make a case for himself. Instead, he was soo blatantly Ineffective.. Almost looks lke a one trick pony - clog the lane, anticipate he will pass when he drives.. Lin can't shoot outside jumpers.
DeletePerhaps this is why McHale can't give Lin full trust.. He surely won't be just handed his trust.. He will have to earn it.
Totally agree Solidz.
DeleteHe needs to just take the shot. I swear he kept getting hung up on drive/passes...What happened to his:
1. teardrops
2. fadeaways
3. reverse layups
That were so effective last year, and mid season this year?
Its not like he wasn't penetrating but he hesitates looking to pass then gets double teamed.
Lin's drives are more contested in March than in Feb...
DeleteSolidz75, you must feel bad Lin take Rockets to the payoff, even if Lin win champ , u will cry that he is lucky and he is not part of the team..... hahaha
DeleteOUCH!
ReplyDeleteLol Dragic is making Lin look really bad.
ReplyDeleteLin didn't even bother putting his hands up to contest that jumper.
[Stay away from CF tonight...]
DeleteHe obviously didn't want to foul out.
DeleteLin's got 5 fouls, 3 of which are fake.
DeleteHe ended up fouling out anyway.
This is where the Rockets ruin it. GET THE STUPID REBOUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND DON'T WASTE ALL THAT TIME TO GET A BUCKET!!!! SMH!!!!
ReplyDeleteThey were getting out rebounded by the Morris brothers lol...
DeleteLin BRUTALLY hacks Dragic in front of the ref to stop the clock and gets NO CALL!
ReplyDeleteSo much NBA cheating from the refs against Asian Lin!
Yeah, I saw that. That was ridiculous.
DeleteYet, when he wasn't trying to foul and gave space, they still blew the whistle on him during the game.
Stop blami g the refs. No excuses, Lin was not effective.
DeleteStop blaming the refs?
DeleteYou BLIND???
I'm AT THE GAME!
When was the last time lin played well in tail end of b2b?
ReplyDeleteI just enjoy seeing Lin compete. If he fails, no problem. He just needs playing time.
ReplyDeleteLin haters crawling out all now.
ReplyDeleteBev is in for Lin.
ReplyDeleteI know Lin fouled out right?
DeleteWell I feel on wed it is gonna be another embassing game, it for the Suns
ReplyDeleteREVENGE for sure
DeleteBLAZERS 2 games behind Rox...
ReplyDeleteWell I'm def out guys. I don't need all the negativity tonight. Hope everyone has a good night. Bye!:) There is always another game.
ReplyDeleteHaha same. Missed first 3 quarters only caught 9min in 4th...Wished I didn't even watch.
Delete"we should have signed Dragic!" - Lin Haters Overload
ReplyDeleteLin can't continue to play like this. He was sooo ineffective on offense in the 4th quarter. Can't make threes. Can't drive. He may be worn out from defense but if he wants to gain McHale's trust, he needs to step it up. Very disappointed.
ReplyDeleteDragic was going all out because it was his former team. Just like Lin going hard against the Warriors and Knicks. Nobody was going to stop him tonight, but we'll see what happens later this week.
DeleteHe was helping a little too much, and out of position to really stop anyone, and kept more than a pass away from his man.
DeleteThey took advantage of that. Sometimes he gets away with it, but its pretty clear Suns got that dialed in.
He'll probably get chewed out hard, Dragic scored on him 3 times in 4Q alone, he just could not keep in front of him.
I can see AB fans screaming now...
It seems Harden always have a lot of spacing for him to drive to the basket than Lin. Is there any play set for Lin on offense?
DeleteDragic was ineffective except the fourth. Lin really needs to take advantage if these 4th quarter minutes so that next time he sits, there will be outrage. He really didn't step up tonight. I presume it's his conditioning. He just can't perform well on b2b...
DeleteLin needs to fire his trainer Josh Fan, I know Josh is his childhood friend ... but come on, this is the NBA, Lin has to worry about his health and well being.
Deletelol Bev chokes second time during closing of the game.
ReplyDeleteDude he is a back up. No one cares much if he effs up. Lin? If he wants to be treated like a starter, he can't perform like tonight.
DeleteAnyone think that Dragic elbow to Lin's jaw was intentional?
ReplyDeleteNo.
DeletePatrick Beverley showing why he deserves 17 minutes a game... NOT.
ReplyDeleteLet Lin play and run the fucking offense even in the fourth.
Stupid turnover by Beverly.
ReplyDeleteHot hands. 0 for 4. Did get a grip of assists tho.
DeleteOver.
ReplyDeleteMorris got his revenge.
ReplyDeleteDragic is probably laughing his ass off.
Lin played bad 4Q, saw a couple non-calls but still he looked lost. He looks really gassed, for playing 30mins, not sure why.
Ah well rest up Lin, and hope McHale don't put you back on 6 min rotations with 9 min breaks in between.
Parsons has never missed so many easy layups. Blame it on Lin
ReplyDeleteAt the end, Asik couldn't get his feet off the ground for dear life. Blame it on Lin.
ReplyDeleteLets not blame other people's for Lin's ineffectiveness. U can't deny that Lin didn't show up in the fourth tonight.
DeleteI think it is just because Harden is control the 4th quarter
DeleteWell, with 4 Fs, he is doing OK on D. On O, it is just sluggish. Suns might be a bad team, but they guard the passing lane very well.
DeleteDude Lin offense was okay today, he wasnt aggressive. I think it has to do with the punch he took. Overall we had way too many TOs
DeleteEven when he had the ball I saw him hold on to the ball too long, drive and then pass with 2 sec left...
DeleteI do agree harden held on to the ball too much, but that is nothing Lin is not used to. I won't make any excuses for Lin tonight. He needs to look at himself and find a way to step up... Especially if McHale will be his coach for time to come.
If he is going out there to public ally support his coach, then find a way to elevate his game under the current system.
Asik's fumbles and misses under the basket are great fun to watch - on a comedy show. Blame it on Lin.
ReplyDeleteLol you guys don't get it.
DeleteWe aren't saying Lin was the only screw up.
We are just saying he didn't show up in 4Q and was largely ineffective.
Asik/Parsons if they made those two layups Rox might have won. But Dragic was raping Lin because he knew Lin is trying to not foul out.
I didn't watch the first 3Q so I can't say, but I guess Lin had some phantom fouls again.
Can't blame McHell this time for not giving Lin a chance in 4Q this time. He got minutes and he was given the PG role to start when he came off the bench. The ball then was forced back into Harden's hands...
DeleteYup guve credit when due. McHale trusted Lin to bring him back in the fourth. Lin didn't step up. End of story. No finger pointing.
DeleteHarden's 8 TO's and many other misses show that yesterday's game against a hacking Warrior's took too much out of Rox, top athletes tho they are. Blame it on Lin.
ReplyDeleteSucks that the next game is soooo far away.. 3 days to insult Lin by the haters.. I hate when Lin gives morons fodder...argh.. Why does team always play down to the level of their opponents..
ReplyDeleteAlthough, both teams are on the end of a B2B, I think B2B gives more tows on Rox because of the pace they were playing.
DeleteRockets went down to the wire last night vs. Warriors. Suns got blown out by Kings, and their players were well rested. Plus they are playing at home.
DeleteBut I agree, Lin needs better conditioning, he can't seem to perform at a high level in back to back games.
Plus they flew in late early this morning. B2b is always harder on the away team. But no excuses.
DeleteCheer up dude, Lin was not as involved in the 4th q because he was not himself, trust me the shot he took really hurt the mouth. I see revenge coming next game, cheers dude
DeleteHe made his first shot off the bench in Q4. I thought Linsanity was on...
DeleteMaybe we can count abt how many possesstions that Lin stays in the corner
ReplyDeleteHarden's defence against Dragic was so poor, McHale had to take Lin off the bench half way thru 4Q to control him. But the bull had bolted the gate. Blame it on Lin.
ReplyDeleteWhen Rox lose after a B2B, LOH come out like flies buzzing around cow sh*t and love to blame it on Lin.
ReplyDelete
