Someone said Calvin Murph dont like the trades..surprised he said that because I usually agree with him but I think the trades are great. Trob brings athleticism as a big and and now Dmo/Jones etc can get some minutes.
Here is a GREAT Thomas Robinson article, what a rare young man. Definitely rooting for him to succeed: http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/7207167/ncb-kansas-jayhawks-center-thomas-robinson-used-basketball-help-tragedy-espn-magazine
In terms of scouting reports, Robinson has a super high motor, very hard worker, has elite rebounding skills, average defense, and a raw offensive game and not a lot of range on his shot. He could turn into a slightly better offensive version, slightly worse defensive version, of Kenneth Faried.
Ibaka is assigned to guard the "deadly" opposing players - LeBron James, Kobe, etc. must be a compliment for Jeremy to be guarded by him. Brooks is scared he might explode lol
All the BS calls and yet McHale refuses to pick up a technical. Which shows me he is not aggressive enough in standing up for his players or what he believes is the wrong call. No wonder Refs are getting away with murder because the coach lets them get away with it. If I was coach, I would have been thrown out of the game already.
He's not looking to score when he is in. Keeps passing it to Parsons who has been ineffective. I think they need to start re-thinking the bromance thing ... he's passing too to Parsons.
Is Houston trading 3's with OKC? Why the hell are you leaving Sef open when he is hitting all his shots tonight? Nice adjustment from McHale. Way to coach.
Lin really needs to try to finish with his left hand. He's still doing that awkward turnaround right hook that almost always misses. It's like he has no faith in his left.
Nice drive by Lin!
ReplyDelete2nd trey Sef scored, who was guarding him anyhoo
ReplyDeleteWhoever he was, he didn't even raise his hands up.
DeleteAgain, no foul calls after Westbrook pushed Lin from behind and Asik and Lin got mauled but no foul call by Refs. Are we playing in Houston or OKC?
ReplyDeleteI thought they are at OKC for a sec.
DeleteAsik blew a nice assist from Lin, but Rockets were able to get the offensive rebound. Parsons got fouled on a layup attempt.
ReplyDeleteMan, Asik blew Lin's assist again with his Turkish ballet moves!
ReplyDeleteLin with mega-steal!
ReplyDeleteParsons blew a nice dish from Lin and then Lin made it up with a steal and a pass to Parsons for the easy dunk and assist.
ReplyDeletegood steal, JLIN!
ReplyDeleteSomeone said Calvin Murph dont like the trades..surprised he said that because I usually agree with him but I think the trades are great. Trob brings athleticism as a big and and now Dmo/Jones etc can get some minutes.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great steal by Lin!!!! Parson's dunk to finish it!
ReplyDeleteGreat steal! Lin is quock!
DeleteI am surprised Lin's up to 7 assists after all those blown conversions by his teammates.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Asik have costed him at least 2 blown assists
DeleteRockets are introducing flexsanity at $60 minimum for any four games. What a steal. Wish they offer that at MSG, I would take it in a heartbeat.

ReplyDeleteTake the charge Harden, DAMMIT!
ReplyDeleteLin's help defense caused Durant to miss
ReplyDeleteParsons needs to give the ball up....he is like Delfino with the ball...

He is athletic. The Rockets badly need some athleticism in the PF/C position. He will dunk some Lin lobs.
Deleteoh, I remember this article.
DeleteWhat a great story about a responsible older brother to his sister after the mom died and the whole KU team rallied behind him.
He sounds like a great talent with more potential than Morris or PPat.
Parsons TO...
ReplyDeleteBS call by the Refs again on the clear path foul. I am getting a feeling this game is rigged for OKC to win.
ReplyDeleteNo call for Lin on his drive.
Delete1 FTA the whole nite.
DeleteWOW WTF REFS WANT OKC TO WIN PARSONS WAS ROBBED!!! WTF!!!
ReplyDeleteCant say enough abt jlin's game tonight.this is how he shld have been utilized since the early part of the season.rockets would have a better standing
ReplyDeleteRigged game not even worth watching now fargin bs argh so mad.
ReplyDeleteIbaka is assigned to guard the "deadly" opposing players - LeBron James, Kobe, etc. must be a compliment for Jeremy to be guarded by him. Brooks is scared he might explode lol
ReplyDeleteWestbrook alone can't contain the boy... and tons of people say Jeremy is and will never be at par or better than Westbrook lol
DeleteIf Omer was a decent non-clumsy offensive center, he could really be something....his layup misses are painful
ReplyDeleteBoth greg and asik are afraid to dunk in traffic. It's like their knees get soft.
DeleteWow, a block from Parsons on Westbrook and they call that a foul.
ReplyDeleteRigged game.
DeleteMad airball from lin
ReplyDeleteWow sloppy
ReplyDeleteBaaaah....Westbrook tried to showboat with the dunk and missed it. That was when Harden turned over the ball.
ReplyDeleteinstead of passing to lin...
DeleteYup, he thought he was still at the ASG where they are not playing defense.
Deleteoh no Parsons is down.
ReplyDeleteRolled ankle. His ankle is not as strong as Lin.
Deleteit all depends on how you roll it, cant really compare one against the other
Deleteyeah, hope it's nothing major
DeleteWow there goes Parsons...Really badly rolled.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteahhh...Parson's ankle?
ReplyDeleteLin!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great move by Lin to the basket!
ReplyDelete4 quick pts for Lin
ReplyDeleteMake that 6
Deleteusually he's benched so he doesn't get those opportunities
DeleteBev just tried to make a HR pass.
ReplyDeleteLin's last 2 shots are usually when he's benched. Lin tends to hit those shots and get points when he is in longer.
ReplyDeleteCome on Lin - win it for Parsons!
ReplyDeleteHARDEN!!!! WOW
ReplyDeleteHARDEN!
ReplyDeleteLin is having a great game tonight. 20 points, 8 assists.
ReplyDeleteWOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHARDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HARDEN FROM BEHIND THE HALFCOURT LINE!
ReplyDeleteHarden is TD's spiritual successor.
DeleteGreg Smith fumbling easy passes from Lin?!? COME ON!!
ReplyDeleteWasnt that a pass from Beverly?
DeleteLin would have 10 assists if Smith went up and dunked it instead of holding it under the basket and getting it stripped.
DeleteHarden's 3 from mid-court!!!!!! Pandemonium!!!
ReplyDeleteJames really really really wants to win this game.
Deletefor sure :))))
DeleteTHAT SHOULD COUNT AS 6 pointer
ReplyDeleteWow Harden, hope that give a good momentum for us. Still have to defend Thabo better though, you already gave him career high
ReplyDeleteLINSANITY!!!
ReplyDeletePLUS HARDEN-MANIA. Half-court 3.
If only the refs would call a fair game. Houston probably loses because of it, but at least it's getting fun.
You know that shot is going to the highlights.
ReplyDeleteWasn't some desperate shot either he just looked at it ice cold and sank that sucker beyond half court.
Awesome!!!
He wasn't launching that ball either. Just shot it like any other 3pter.
DeleteMinus 1 player again for rockets..they dont have a deep bench after the 3 guys left..i wonder who else can step up from the bench?
ReplyDeleteJAMES ANDERSON !!!
DeleteHarden's 3pt% is pretty good tonight.
ReplyDeleteWOW Lin sick move avoiding the trap
ReplyDeleteCollison was moving.
ReplyDeleteAnd Kevin Martin was inside the arc ... EVERY call is going against the Rockets vs. OKC.
DeleteANouther BS call.
ReplyDeleteRefs fking suck.
Rigged game.
DeleteI guess no one from the bench will step up tonight...hardlin will have to carry this team to get a W
ReplyDeleteDang ... good game! Just checking in with y'all.
ReplyDeleteREFS WON'T LET OKC LOSE.
ReplyDeleteYet another BS call...
How many effing fouls does gsmith
ReplyDeleteHave?
DeleteBeverly fighting for the ball real hard. I like him.
ReplyDeletemy LP just showed CP rolled his ankle, arghhh....
ReplyDeletethinking of not buying it next year :-(
How many times does Collison have to hit someone to get fouled?!
ReplyDeleteAsik finally went up correctly. Make it or get fouled...
ReplyDeleteMan, I only see 3 players on the Rockets bench
ReplyDeleteDont NBA fans ever threaten the refs?
ReplyDeleteWOw refs let another foul go.
ReplyDeleteWHAT THE EFF MAN
still 10pt behind...
ReplyDeleteRefs totally giving this game away.
ReplyDeleteRockets losing the lead with Lin on the bench.
ReplyDeleteAll the BS calls and yet McHale refuses to pick up a technical. Which shows me he is not aggressive enough in standing up for his players or what he believes is the wrong call. No wonder Refs are getting away with murder because the coach lets them get away with it. If I was coach, I would have been thrown out of the game already.
ReplyDeleteWhat's up with the refs tonight?
ReplyDeleteWhat did the fans yell about the ref that Drexler agreed?
It sounded like "YOU SUCK REF!"
DeleteHaha the game is indeed kinda rigged tonight. Unless Houston played insane, the NBA was not going to allow the Rox to win a close one.
ReplyDeleteIt just wouldn't look right for the team with a league low payroll to dominate everyone....so the NBA thinks...
And this is why Houston will get eliminated in the playoffs early...BS ref calls control the NBA game, not the players.
Can't believe what they get away with...
DeleteNo ball movement when lin is off the court.but he needed to rest though.
ReplyDeleteHe's not looking to score when he is in. Keeps passing it to Parsons who has been ineffective. I think they need to start re-thinking the bromance thing ... he's passing too to Parsons.
DeleteNo defense ...
ReplyDeleteRefs don't just want Houston to lose, they want them to lose by a blowout!
ReplyDeleteHouston's 3PT D is non-existent!
ReplyDeleteThis game is over.
ReplyDeleteRox not even defending perimeter now.
Is Houston trading 3's with OKC? Why the hell are you leaving Sef open when he is hitting all his shots tonight? Nice adjustment from McHale. Way to coach.
ReplyDeleteParsons is back in the game with Lin.
ReplyDeleteLin and Parsons are back! great
ReplyDeleteSeen this before ... too date for Lin and too many pts given up. Fingers crossed ...
ReplyDeleteI don't see how Houston can win this game.
ReplyDeleteThey can't stop OKC from scoring from 3PT land.
Well they can't stop the refs either...So they're doomed.
DeleteI can't believe how they let Sefolosha got 6 3PTers
DeleteThey figured Durant is the bigger threat...Well didn't OKC do the same thing against them last game?
DeleteCuz Haren was guarding Sef most of the time.
DeleteI bet the refs are being paid to up the point spread
DeleteRockets bench has more coaches than players
ReplyDeleteWhy is Lin still on 8 assists? Didn't he have an assist when he passed to Greg Smith for a dunk?
ReplyDeleteHe's getting the Asian baller discount...
DeleteLin really needs to try to finish with his left hand. He's still doing that awkward turnaround right hook that almost always misses.
ReplyDeleteIt's like he has no faith in his left.
Man, OKC 3TOs helped Houston to get within 5!
ReplyDeleteBut the ref took it back.
DeleteWow just a 1 pt lead by okc!!!
ReplyDeleteRefs bailing Westbrook out...at the expense of Lin of course.
ReplyDeleteAHAHAHAHAH!
ReplyDeleteWOW THIS GAME IS GETTING EXCITING HARDEN GOOOO!!!
ReplyDelete111-111!!!!
ReplyDeleteLIN FOR 3!
ReplyDeleteAnybody not jumping around?
ReplyDeleteLIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou see Lin was clapping at Harden to give it up. He didn't give it up to Lin. He gave it up to Delfino who passed it to Lin for a 3. Bang!
ReplyDeleteLin for 3!!!!!!!!! 114-113
ReplyDeleteCold-blooded threee

Deletepsalm... you have your faith back?

ReplyDeleteWoooo hooooo!!!!
ReplyDeleteHey Refs, SUCK THIS 3!
ReplyDeleteActually, watch the ref take the 3 back to a 2.
Deleteshush!!!
Delete222222!
ReplyDeleteThis would be an EPIC win...
ReplyDelete...I'm worried about the refs, though.
...watch them call another BS foul on Lin to bail Westbrook or Durant out.

ReplyDeleteNo foul call for Delfino and Refs are attempting one last BS call before the game is over. 30 seconds left.
ReplyDeleteWe got it if they hack-a Lin or Harden!
ReplyDeleteI saw the stats and can't watch the game, I can only say "WOW".
ReplyDeleteCLUTCH HARDLINERS!

ReplyDeleteI can't believe they let Brooks take a 3.
DeleteAnd, shouldn't Lin get 3 free throws?
CLUTCH FT!
ReplyDeleteWestbrook got 7 TO's and 25 points this game.
ReplyDeleteOh man JLin didn't make that 3/4 court shot :(
ReplyDeleteThat'd be highlight time!

ReplyDeleteOoh...I wanted that 30pt game.
ReplyDeleteHaha! Great win...if Harden just hits ONE FT.
Harden finally got his revenge on OKC after three tries. Congrats to James and Lin was there to help him too. He should buy Lin dinner.
