  1. 5 games in 7 nights. Let's see what the Rockets are made of when they have back to back game tonight against the Clippers and tomorrow night against the Mavericks.

  2. Let's win this game Jeremy! Let's go Rockets!

    ReplyDelete
  3. We won't know who made it to the All Star Game until the 17th when they will announce the starters and then a couple days later they will announce the back ups. Voting ended yesterday and I have been voting everyday for Lin. I doubt it will make a difference if we don't have China behind Lin. Hopefully Taiwan, Korea and Philippines will vote for Lin. PPat is back in the starting line up tonight instead of Marcus Morris.

  4. Nice help out D against Jordan from Lin. Good heads up play. Harden shot the first 3 and continues to shoot it up but missed the second one.

    ReplyDelete
  5. I guess Patterson got his job back.

    Harden got picked already lol...

    ReplyDelete
  6. Of course Asik can't finish...

    ReplyDelete
  7. Wow that trey was WAY short you know it was going to brick soon as Lin shot it..

    ReplyDelete
  8. Oh come on what's with that lazy ass lob...Its the dreaded 1Q for Lin I guess.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. He didn't get a TO for that. How is that possible?

      Delete
    2. That was indeed a bad one :(

Hey - didnt Lin block a shot? I dont see it in the boxscore

      Delete
    3. He didn't block it, he just touched the ball and deterred the ball from going to the basket.

      Delete
    4. No clue, scorekeepers sleeping on the job again no TO or BA for Lin yet.

      Delete
    5. One track mind, trying to pass to Harden. He should bring the ball up before passing. I agree that that was a dumb pass. Jordan guy is going to have a field day. Just too athletic for Rockets, period.

      Delete
    6. Oh I thought he blocked it. I should be paying more attention :) Im cooking right now

      Delete
  9. They have no way to stop Jordan...

    ReplyDelete
  10. Doesn't look like Lin is aggressive in the 1st. He is already deferring to other players, especially to Harden.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Clippers set such great picks...

    ReplyDelete
  12. Lin needs to score before the 3 or 4 minute mark because he will be subbed in for Douglas.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Lin scored his 2 points. Now McHale can sub Tony in soon.

      Delete
  13. No assist for Lin again because Asik can't dunk the ball and tried to finest it into the basket. Sad, sad, sad.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Yet another robbed assist...LOL ASIK DUNK IT!

    ReplyDelete
  15. I thought when Bledsoe scored it was a moving pick on Blake and yet no call from the ref.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Harden saved that one, Lin is REALLY pushing those lazy passes got tipped almost TO.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I guess somehow it's Lin's fault that Houston big men are dominated by the Clippers athletic big men. Lin would average at least 5 more assits per game if he played with Griffin and Jordan.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Hehe no doubt, he'd at least have Rondo like assists.

      Delete
  18. Lol wow Asik nice pass to Blake Griffin.

    ReplyDelete
  19. And Lin scores off a goaltend :D

    ReplyDelete
  20. Harden has 2 TO so far, but who is counting.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. What an idiot, he committed another TO by charging instead of passing to the wing man. He tried to euro step his way into a foul.

      Delete
    2. Haha Grant Hill was like "oh no u didn't!"

      Delete
    3. He did pass - once Hill was out of the way :)

      Delete
  21. Did Griffin learn how to shoot FTs? Ugly form but almost nothing but net.

    ReplyDelete
  22. McHale sporting the goat-tee. I think he wants to grow a fumanchu.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. He might be growing a beard to match Harden. Oh gosh!

      Delete
  23. Every Houston turnover has turn into Griffin/Jordan dunks.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. So he scored 12 and committed 3 TO's and since Clippers scored off of all his TO's he actually has 6 points.

      Delete
    2. Actually it's 7 points since Crawford scored an and one. Harden's 3 turnovers already gave away 7 points. But since he scored 12 points, he's a superstar!

      Delete
  24. Keep in mind they're playing a tired Clipper...Gives them an edge, esp since CP3 isn't around. I hope they pull off a win, but Clippers is never short on talent.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Replies
    1. He staggered into paint, failed, but he got the ball back. Good trust by teammates to reset him on top of key iso

      Delete
  26. G Hill with the savvy vet move. Waited until Jlin commit to get foul called

    ReplyDelete
  27. Nice give and go from Lin to Douglas after Douglas took the ball in the back court and passed it to Lin. It could have been a 3 point play, but Douglas missed the FT.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Why didn't Lin get the assist on that play?

      Delete
  28. Great job by Jlin drawing the charge against bigger defender!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Wow mismatch city right now...Hope Rox can take advantage.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Lol keep trying Lin! Get warmed up!

There is something about his shot tho, he is releasing late?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Jlin passes up open 3, waltzes and probes for a very nice dish for a dunk

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Lin with 4 points and 3 assists so far.

      Delete
  32. Nice no look, he is getting so good with it.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Jlin outhustles for defensive rebound and spots Tony D for open 3, but he misses

    ReplyDelete
  34. Lin to Tyson Chandler for the dunk!

Oops I meant Lin to Smith -= D

    ReplyDelete
  35. that was a poor play. iso toney D on some clipper guy. would like them to swing to Jlin, who was camping on the corner for a probe. oh well

    ReplyDelete
  36. Jlin swing to corner off a PnR hard trap, but corner man misses cutter. Leads to brick

    ReplyDelete
  37. 2 missed free throws by morris... someone has to teach him to hit those fts

    ReplyDelete
  38. lol at you people here, if im just gonna read ur comments and not watch the game you sounded like the Clippers are kicking the Rockets ass and in some kind of double digit deficit.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Oh boy, Harden is back into the game now. Forget about passing the ball around. It's going to go straight down the middle ala Harden ball.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Can Houston get some big men who can finish around the basket and make their FTs?

    ReplyDelete
  41. I need to show Jeremy how to shoot the 3 point shots. It's all wrist action.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Jeremy needs not to be a virgin and he can shoot the 3 pointers much better.

      Delete
  42. Wow Clippers self destructing...Moar emotions plz!

And their FTs are the suck again.

    ReplyDelete
  43. The rockets will win tonight because they are playing above .500 team and loose to a below .500 team. Go jeremy go rockets.....

    ReplyDelete
  44. WTF is Asik doing throwing the ball to Harden instead of giving it to Lin?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Because he's hardwired to pass to Harden.

      Delete
  45. Houston better win this one. I know its the clippers but chris paul is out and its a back to back for them. No excuses this time around.

    ReplyDelete
  46. McFail clapping after an Asik TO. Wow...

    ReplyDelete
  47. Wow Morris shoots over Griffin...He was some of Blake!

Lol Asik another steal he just throws away...

    ReplyDelete
  48. Asik needs to learn how to bank the ball like Griffin and Duncan. If you are 7 foot something and you can't bank in a shot, it's just pathetic.

    ReplyDelete
  49. You know its sad when Griffin shoots FT better than your whole team.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. He did go to the past and tell his young self to learn howto shoot ft!

      Delete
    2. Have you seen Griffin's rookie year, he was about a 50% FT shooter. Now he's almost 80% ... that's what a professional shooting coach does for you.

      Delete
  50. Haha Asik thinks he can touchdown pass like Lin, you can't.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Well he did get a good steal. He's got 4 offensive rebounds to boot.

      Delete
  51. When you can't set a pick it means you don't know how to play fundamental bball. Just like making FT's. Come on, you have plenty of practice time to shoot FT's and you still can't make it. Embarrassing.

    ReplyDelete
  52. I think JLin just made a 3 (practice shot) :)

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Wasn't that Harden on the Delfino foul?

      Delete
    2. I think it was Lin. The guy was not black :) He made it just before he headed to the bench.

      Delete
    3. See? He practiced and now he made one :0

      Delete
    4. That one wasn't a practice shot!

      Delete
  53. Where's the aggressive Lin? Oh, that's right, Harden is in the game with him. He needs to go to deferred mode again. Somebody phone Lin's mom and tell her to yell at her son. She needs to give her a piece of her mind about being subservient to others.

    ReplyDelete
  54. That was much needed treys by Delfino and Lin.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Wow pwnage by Parsons, Delfino awesome knock.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Bingo gringo. Parsons just made a 3

    ReplyDelete
  57. And Lin made another 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Damn, his foot touched the line. It's a long 2 again. That boy needs better practice with his footing.

      Delete
    2. Damn! Give Lin foot shortening surgery...

      Delete
    3. The corner 3 pointer zone is very small, less than 3 feet wide I think. If he backs up too much, he will be standing out of bounds. He faked a pass to get the defender off him, I don't think he was thinking about where his feet were.

      Delete
  58. Lin chalking up some needed assists. Outside shooters making their threes. How about that, Lin with back to back threes after bricking three earlier.

    ReplyDelete
  59. GO LINNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Oh man... I got nervous on that second Lin 3 pointer... but it's on the line... ahh!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. On the line? What happened? I just saw McHale in rage

      Delete
  61. MAN A TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    SIGH

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. They awarded a 3 pointer to him after checking the video.

      Delete
    2. According to boxscore Lin only has one 3

      Delete
  62. Ah felt good when his 3 ball go in.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Uh oh, Harden is feeling some heat. Lin is catching up to him. It's time for Iso-Harden mode.

    ReplyDelete
  64. That's why he keeps taking those jumpers, folks!

It's a marathon, not a sprint. Jeremy has already improved greatly in the past month (something like 15p/7a/4s/3s).

It might take one more season to see Permanent Linsanity.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. He needs alot of ginseng from his mom's cooking to sustain permanent Linsanity.

      Delete
  65. Replies
    1. I thought his toe was on the line good thing the ref disagrees!

      Delete
    2. 3 after all? They took it away according to boxscore

      Delete
    3. Weird. They said it's a 3 on TV but ESPN box score says it's a 2.

      Delete
    4. They will readjust the score at half time.

      Delete
    5. Dam Bledsoe was too quick for Lin. 2 quick fouls

      Delete
    6. Nothing so far. I dont think they are going to adjust Lins score

      Delete
  66. I have $500 on this game so I m pretty confident rockets will win...go Jlin for the win...

    ReplyDelete
  67. Parsons is bringing his game tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Wow McHale calling Parsons bs defense?

What is the world coming to?

    ReplyDelete
  69. They ran interference in the paint, caught Jlin looking to help, and Crawford popped free, Jlin ran out and fouled him. Live n Learn--but it was good play design by Clippers

    ReplyDelete
  70. Great job pushing pace by Jlin after watching Asik fumble around for defensive board. Draws foul

    ReplyDelete
  71. Hahahaha that was funny nice attack Lin!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. You can tell he knows he just wasn't going to make it and hung forever midair lolol they fell for it.

      Delete
  72. Jeremy looks fresh. He doesn't have a super point guard to chase around.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Good pace once again but missed shot so no assist by Jlin. Previous play, Jlin wanted Asik to be aware of him funneling the PG, but Parsons had poor rotation when Clippers PG passed off in the paint.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Not aware of cutter once again in the paint as both HOU look on as Clipper player runs free for a dunk. Bad defensive awareness

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. with Jlin riding the bench with foul trouble, no HOU defensive players out there on the court as the half closes

      Delete
    2. Nobody but Lin and Asik plays consistent defense.

Nice half by Jeremy. 10 pts, 6 assists and ZERO turnovers.

But he better keep scoring or McHale will bench him during crunch time no matter how well he's passing or defending.

      Delete
    3. Tony Douglas is a much worse defender. I worry that if Lin sits too long, Douglas' bad play on both ends will hurt the Rockets.

      Delete
    4. Do not worry. The coaching staffs are learning too. If they do not adjust right, they fail. So goes the Rocket. Then, the coaching staffs will be replaced again.

      Delete
  75. Bledsoe blowing by Lin at will. He is really this fast or is Jeremy tired?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Lin suffered a sprain ankle during bball practice the other day. Of course he is going to be cautious running around.

      Delete
    2. Lin is playing with a sprained left ankle.

Bledsoe is quick and he can hit the jumper if you back off on him, so yeah he's hard to guard one on one. The real question is ... why isn't any Rocket player helping on defense or stopping his man from cutting into the lane ?

      Delete
  76. I rather see Jeremy Lin in Ron Jeremy mode than Linsanity mode. At least Ron Jeremy mode he can penetrate much better and can be sustained.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Also in Ron Jeremy mode, he can push the ball harder and get a threesome or foursome involved. In Linsanity mode, he is playing with himself.

      Delete
    2. Im reading this as dirty joke. Was a meant to be a dirty joke? :)

      Delete
    3. Depends on what frame of mind you have. Are you gutteral?

      Delete
    4. please don't make this site filthy, gentleman/lady?

      Delete
    5. What filth? Did anybody say anything filthy?

      Delete
  77. Lin has 0 turnover!

Of course Harden would still get praised because he scored 17 points despite his turnovers and bad D on Crawford.

No such luck with Lin even he scored big (see Linsanity).

    ReplyDelete
  78. Bledsoe and Lin are even now accept for the assists, fts, steals and rebounds.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Jlin can only look as 7 footer Jordan grabs offensive rebound over him. Too tall. haha

    ReplyDelete
  80. Clippers Big Men >>>> Houston Rockets Small forwards pretending to be "Big" Men

It's like watching a grown man posting up a 10 year old boy. This is not a fair match at all...

    ReplyDelete
  81. Jlin dubious travel call. what....

    ReplyDelete
  82. Good fight for offensive board, hounds bledsoe into awkward penetration and Jlin stalls him. Bledsoe makes a corner 3 in his face with time running out. oh well, he made a great shot with good d

    ReplyDelete
  83. Houston tends to shoot themselves back into the game when they are falling behind instead of attacking the basket. Harden, Parsons, Delfino, Patterson, etc. Got to stay aggressive and make the better percentage shot.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Harden with some excellent ball pressure!

    ReplyDelete
  85. pretty hesitation move but missed difficult layup

    ReplyDelete
  86. See, this is what happened when your big men don't rebound and your star SG is concerned about "getting his" on offense.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Two straight passes to Asik turns into TO...

    ReplyDelete
  88. They've pretty much taken over, I don't think Rox is coming back.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Yup, force feed to Asik results into 2 TO's both by two different players in Parsons and Delfino.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Willie Green killed Harden so McHale takes out... Lin. Completely 100% logical.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Well, Clyde wanted to see Harden play PG.

      Delete
    2. That's because Lin missed the layup and fell to the floor and couldn't get back in time to see Harden leave his man in the corner for a 3. Totally Lin's fault.

      Delete
  91. LOL Rockets defense.

Then McHale sits the only good defender on the floor -- our man Jeremy.

Clippers go on another run with Jeremy out, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  92. I don't know why Lin is again made the scapegoat and is taken out because of his teammates' incompetence.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Harden and parsons. Mchale's pets.

      Lin hardly touches the ball.

      Delete
    2. McHale's stupidity is UNREAL! This dumb ass needs to be asap.

      Delete
    3. I meant to say he needs to be out of the NBA asap.

      Delete
  93. Game over. Rockets have no defense and can't stop Bledsoe, Green, Jordan and Griffin from scoring. Just shooting from the outside is not going to bail you out ala Harden.

    ReplyDelete
  94. The flood gates are opening. Clippers going to blow out this harden and parsons team.

Only ball movement is Harden to parsons, parsons to harden.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. They are scared to get bad stats from passing to Asik.

      Delete
  95. that was a good break!, we needed that... Go JLin

    ReplyDelete
  96. Only thing that will save this game is... Linsanity. And I dont mean Jeremy Lin. I mean LINSANITY!

    ReplyDelete
  97. He subbed Delfino in hoping the sausage man will hit threes to get the Rockets back in the game. Again, no defense from defenseless Harden and Green blows by him. Harden had to foul him. Luckily it wasn't an and 1.

    ReplyDelete
  98. McHale finally took Harden out and sub in TD. McHale is trying to try everybody to see if they could stop the Clippers player.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Even can't beat them without C Paul.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Who needs CP3 when Harden is playing for the Clippers. Seriously, the Rockets got no interior or perimeter defense.

      Delete
  100. Once G Smith is in, no more Clipper big man dominance!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The running game starts working too. Even Delfino just took the ball to the hole!

      Delete
  101. The game was mostly even, until the Rockets became a 3-point brick machine to start the 2nd half. They are 6 of 23 from the arc. Clippers making them pay every time they missed a 3 and got the long rebound.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Delfino is a better version of Novak. At least he is mobile and can play defense. His handle is suspect.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Does G Smith have big man moves??

    ReplyDelete
  104. The defense is much better once you take the holes out of the swiss cheese.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes Houston is playing better without Harden AND Lin AND especially Asik.

      Delete
    2. I think the line up of TD, Smith, Lin, Parsons/Delfino and Patterson is a good line up.

      Delete
    3. Actually Houston is playing better once without Harden and Asik, but not without Lin. Lin hardly got any touches in the 2nd half and did nothing wrong but he's made the scapegoat anyway because Harden gave up yet another season high to his opposing SG. If McHale dare sub Harden instead of Lin in the 6 min mark, the Rockets might have had a chance, but obviously McHale doesn't have the guts.

      Delete
  105. man that missed technical free throw..if parsons makes both his FT, would have been 3 pt play

    ReplyDelete
  106. Simply put, Rockets in terms of quickness and athleticism, cannot hang with Clippers for 4 quarters. Clippers' second unit can beat Rockets' first unit. And that's without a savvy player like CP3 playing.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Chandler is getting the right idea. Take it to the hole and create havoc. Don't just settle for the 3 point shot. There is plenty of time to get back into the game. You're only down by 13 now.

    ReplyDelete
  108. WOW WTF IS WITH THE FTs...

Lol not even watching game its way over.

    ReplyDelete
  109. no boards, free possessions. toney d with another iso! haha

    ReplyDelete
  110. McHale can't blame Lin for the horrible defense once he sat Lin for Delfino. Harden didn't even both to D up his man. I am sure he will be praised after the game or Lin will be made scapegoat after the loss.

    ReplyDelete
  111. outhustled for another free possession

    ReplyDelete
  112. here comes Lin with 10 to play

    ReplyDelete
  113. Delfino needs to give it up. He does not know his role

    ReplyDelete
  114. Crawford teeing up on Lin. Good response by Lin but Morris in n out

    ReplyDelete
  115. and another Crawford in your face to Lin
