  1. How many times can asik get the ball in the beginning? He is 7 foot! Omg!

  2. The fix is in tonight: A staged career-ending knee injury for Jeremy Lin...

    ReplyDelete
  3. That's a perfect example of Lin not taking the shot he should be taking. A short jumper was available.

    ReplyDelete
  4. how many times will harden bring up the ball!...thats got to be a coaching directive

    ReplyDelete
  5. 0/2 both treys and 1 to so far...he is cold need to attack to get flow

  12. Asik 0-3 from free throw loool

  13. Lin please score more than 10 pts tonight lol

    ReplyDelete
  14. Grrr.... Team is turning the ball over like butter....

    ReplyDelete
  15. Damn Lin looks very slow to me for some reason when he drives

    ReplyDelete
  16. No screens lin is just going nowhere

    ReplyDelete
  17. doesn't look like we're going to see a lot of ball movement. looks like it's going to be harden/td's night.

    1. well there is always 2 halves to every game

      Delete
  18. This is one rare moment when i won't complain if jjeremy sits on the bench. I think he should be resting tonight and resting that knee.

    ReplyDelete
  19. JLin should have be given a day off and sit out this game!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. oops, *been
I wanted JLin to sit out this game!

      Delete
  20. They are cold going to lose unless they start defending...harden is just giving up points

    ReplyDelete
  21. J's slow right now. is he really cleared to play tonight? must be the knee..

meanwhile.. Bucks are killing Rockets offensively and defensively

    ReplyDelete
  22. Harden is a good scorer... but I don't see him as a franchise player.

Damn PASS THE BALL AND LET THE GAME COME TO YOU JAMES!!!

    ReplyDelete
  23. This is the WORST half I've seen the Rockets play.

Jeremy being stupidly unselfish on offense. And Harden being stupidly apathetic on defense.

Ouch. Hopefully McHale tears into them at halftime and Jeremy starts attacking, win or lose.

    1. STOP TAKING 3s MAN!!!

      UGH.

      Delete
    2. Nah he needs to keep shooting, no other way to out of his slump

      Delete
  24. did lin ask for a screen from harden and did he ignore lin?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Dont tell me mchale is going to use jlin for 40 something mins tonight?is he going to kill that knee?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Now! We just hope lin can score 2 pts ! Lol

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The why he is playing he might get zero point. Blow out by Bucks before half and we will never see Lin again (I hope, to rest him). Another TO..bad one too.

      Delete
    2. Doesnt matter if he is scoreless as long as he rest. This is just one game and there are too many road games to come when J can be a factor. Let him get a break. Let's all give him this much needed rest after the last game where he got drained. Get a good sleep tonight jeremy and all lin fans too. Gnite all. Dont get too caught up if rockets lose. There is a game again tomorrow.Godbless u all

      Delete
  27. Delfino keeping us on the game!! Yeah! 2 consecutive 3 ball! Nice!

    ReplyDelete
  28. lin playing like a non factor tonight. scrub like.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. maybe take a break fr shooting jumpers...

      Delete
    2. it's games like this that Lin look very scrub like D league player at best.

      Delete
    3. he needs to stop shooting near/at the 3 line and get closer to the basket.

      Delete
    4. He seems to be driving fine though getting stopped...Why he isn't faking and taking his fadeaways and use his mid range game I don't know.

Anything is better than 0/4 4TOs.

      Delete
  29. might be Jeremy needs a better shooting coach?

    ReplyDelete

    1. nothing's wrong. what are you talking about?

      Delete
    2. people are talking about something being wrong with his knee. What's the deal?

      Delete
    3. Roberlin - Jeremy was fouled hard last vs Hornets that he feel on his knees and has to be pulled out for awhile, but he came back again.

      Delete
    4. thanks, Isabel. That's all I wanted to know.

      Delete
    5. He landed awkwardly in the game vs. Hawks, his right knee was bent backwards as he landed on his back. He needs to learn to land on the hard wood floor properly.

      Delete
  31. Jeremy thinks he's Ray Allen. Seriously, J-Lin...what the heck??? You have the entire 5-10ft area wide open.

Yeah, I'm blaming this bad performance on Jeremy as much as anyone. Sometimes you gotta man up and take it to the rim...

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. that's because he's being forced to play the 2-guard position and he's playing without the ball. That's not his game.

      Delete
    2. His knee isn't good to drive. He should sit out this game!!!

      Delete
    3. really? he looks like he's been playing the same way he has all december but he's not getting to the hoop.

      Delete
    4. I'm very certain he's hurting!

      Delete
    5. @livyrlife, that's what your mom said last night.

      Delete
    6. No, it's because he's not taking the mid-range shots he has been for the past TWO WEEKS.

There's been several articles on the Rockets coaches/GM advocating the severe reduction of mid-range shots for statistical reasons...but that shouldn't apply to excellent mid-range shooters like Jeremy and Tony Parker.

      Delete
    7. Wait yer saying its the coaches that want them to take less mid range shots? What does that accomplish?!

      Delete
    8. They believe mid-range shots less efficient.

      Delete
  32. Is there something wrong with Lin's knee? He looks slow.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I dont think its his knee. The other day someone crashed into Lin. The other guys knee hit Lins thigh pretty hard. Im guessing that Lin has a big bruise right there.

      Delete
  33. As always Rox play like crap when they don't let Lin play pg. I just saw a few plays of the game, and none has JLin brought the ball down and set up the offense. Rox will lose if they continue to play like this.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. there is no offense, except Hardin going on 1 on 5.

      Delete
  34. First game lin has 0 point maybe?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Nah man, Lin will bounce back 2nd half if McHale let him run the point every possession.

      Delete
  35. Replies
    1. you have to admit, he's playing really bad tonight. 0pts. 4TO's. Slow. That's why I keep asking, is his knee okay?

      Delete
    2. he's hurting and he didn't have a good night sleep last night!

      Delete
  36. I hope coach let's him start the half...he gets better as the game goes on.

    ReplyDelete
  37. The problem with the rockets in this game is that harden is initiating the offense, and doing a crappy job. but, people are gonna blame Lin while Harden can do no wrong.

    ReplyDelete

    1. that's the whole idea of the coaching staff and morey.

      Delete
    2. @livyrlife, your sarcasm and trolling are not appreciated. GTFO.

      Delete
    3. chill k.smith, i'm no trolling. i'm as upset as every fan here!

      Delete
    4. @livyrlife, STFU, you're trolling.

      Delete
    5. don't vent anything on me, k.smith! what makes you think i'm trolling? i'm really upset with the coaches' decision and JLin's decision to play this game!!!

      Delete
    6. Damn, I am telling you the word "trolling" is being used way too inappropriately and too much.

      Delete
    7. eb5, i don't appreciate your reply. it's between me and k.smith and i'm not upset with her/him.

      Delete
    8. I agree with eb5, we should not use trolling too much though...

      Delete
  38. Lin better get at least 2 points. Though he is an OK driver, I'll much rather harden do it. He's basically a harden at a lower level. If only he could hit wide open 3s at 40%, he would be a much complete player and the rockets would be more competitive.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Im back on the Lin needs to be traded bandwagon. How about the Knicks? They need a young point guard. Jeremy Lin for Ray Felton and Amare Stoudemaire.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. no trading yet. I'll give it until next year with the Rockets.

      Delete
  40. haven't been able to see the game. is he hobbling? they still havent disclosed the injury at the last game. also, i really hate how they keep using him and encouraging 3pt shots. hes a 3pt rhythm shooter

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. he doesn't have to shoot the 3 but honestly, they're good looks...but his shots aren't falling. It's not going to get much better this season...he's going to have to fix it in the off season.

      Delete
  41. SIMPLE SOLUTION...

LET LIN BE THE DAMN PG and HARDEN BE THE SG!!!

Just move the ball and spread the damn floor!!

Harden, if you're reading this... PASS THE FUCKING BALL TO LIN!!!!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. calm down. no dirty words please.

      Delete
    2. he's on the ladder to Kia's MVP. He needs to score hence he needs the ball more! That's my wild guessing..haha..may not be true..

      Delete
  42. Rockets getting out rebounded and coughing the ball up.... slowing down the pace

    ReplyDelete
  43. It's his right ankle..He tweaked it in the NO game...

    ReplyDelete
  44. 1/3 of the season over... still waiting for Jeremy PnR besides the occasional one with Harden...

    ReplyDelete
  45. If rockets steal a win tonight which is verY unlikely the way things are going right now, i will be happy for the team. However if they lose which is very likely to happen and lin is sitting out, then he can't be blamed for it. Let the blame be on someone else. Most likely will be on Harden. But who will blame him? Nah, coach won't .

    ReplyDelete
  46. With this team you never know.

They'd go and beat teams like Griz and play hard against ATL and gets blown out by Bucks and almost lost to Hornets. SMH.

Fking defense is garbage. Harden cost them at least 12 points already, everyone playing like they're wearing lead shoes.

JLin is -22 0/4 4TOs (yes I know TOs don't matter right?)...Coaches put him back in 2nd half...Yes they are playing Lin, at least he has 2 points now yay!

    ReplyDelete

    1. Holding his head up high that's it get them! Only 6pts behind now.

    2. Bleeding from left side of his head. He was walking without trouble so I think its just a cut. Maybe need some stitching up...

      Delete
  50. Wow that's a few stitches, I wonder if he'll be back.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Fuck head collision. This looks bad.

    ReplyDelete
  52. are we happy now because lin is really getting his rest now.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Not in this fashion though. He is playing hurt and got hurt more. Jeremy i'll pray for u.

      Delete
  53. OMG!Jeremy should really be out iof the entire game now.

    ReplyDelete
  54. awful looking cut. prob no concussion. wow never seen so much bleeding not even in a boxing match so quickly.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Just when he got it going they splitted his head open, literally.

    ReplyDelete

    1. dang... jeremy really working hard for his money tonight... bucks self-destructing right now

      Delete
  56. love these announcers. they love lin. i still remember how they were enamored last year

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. They were made believers last year.

At first, they thought he was overrated and then they saw him in person and finished by saying, "He's the real deal..." "No doubt..."

      Delete
    2. You can tell they have more respect for lin than houston announcers.what's their deal?

      Delete
  57. Lets take that as a visual reminder of how hard bball and how tough Lin really is.

People always bicker about Lin "being soft" - damn - blow to knee, hit to the thigh, crashing on back, landing on chest, bleeding from nose, bleeding from head...

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. that's true words there, Willy. He really play very very hard and willing to sacrifice his body everytime

      Delete
    2. Some say hes soft, passive, has no balls, scared, bla bla bla. You know...

      Delete
    3. I just hope he's alright for tonight's game!

  58. i hate watching the rockets when lin isn't on the court...pls come back...

    ReplyDelete
  59. td getting hott, lin's for sure not coming back.

    ReplyDelete
  60. This is going to look bad if Lin is out of this game and they win...He's at -17 while all other starters are + now.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. no. I don't think so. There's time he's big + like 33 I remember in one game. Forget what game that is!

      Delete
    2. They fought back - trailing only 6 or so when JLin left. Im happy for TD and I dont think JLin can ever look bad :)

      Delete
  61. Just let him rest for this game. They are playing great now.

    ReplyDelete
  62. take the day off Lin. Get ready for tomorrow. I guess his knee is ok. I hope they have good docs. For some weird reason, McHale is now obsessed with Lin playing tons of minutes despite getting seriously banged up

    ReplyDelete
  63. why aren't they updating on Lin's condition??

    ReplyDelete
  64. wft @ the commentator "turn it over turn it over turn it over" like a broken record player lol
