The why he is playing he might get zero point. Blow out by Bucks before half and we will never see Lin again (I hope, to rest him). Another TO..bad one too.
Doesnt matter if he is scoreless as long as he rest. This is just one game and there are too many road games to come when J can be a factor. Let him get a break. Let's all give him this much needed rest after the last game where he got drained. Get a good sleep tonight jeremy and all lin fans too. Gnite all. Dont get too caught up if rockets lose. There is a game again tomorrow.Godbless u all
He landed awkwardly in the game vs. Hawks, his right knee was bent backwards as he landed on his back. He needs to learn to land on the hard wood floor properly.
No, it's because he's not taking the mid-range shots he has been for the past TWO WEEKS.
There's been several articles on the Rockets coaches/GM advocating the severe reduction of mid-range shots for statistical reasons...but that shouldn't apply to excellent mid-range shooters like Jeremy and Tony Parker.
I dont think its his knee. The other day someone crashed into Lin. The other guys knee hit Lins thigh pretty hard. Im guessing that Lin has a big bruise right there.
As always Rox play like crap when they don't let Lin play pg. I just saw a few plays of the game, and none has JLin brought the ball down and set up the offense. Rox will lose if they continue to play like this.
The problem with the rockets in this game is that harden is initiating the offense, and doing a crappy job. but, people are gonna blame Lin while Harden can do no wrong.
don't vent anything on me, k.smith! what makes you think i'm trolling? i'm really upset with the coaches' decision and JLin's decision to play this game!!!
Lin better get at least 2 points. Though he is an OK driver, I'll much rather harden do it. He's basically a harden at a lower level. If only he could hit wide open 3s at 40%, he would be a much complete player and the rockets would be more competitive.
haven't been able to see the game. is he hobbling? they still havent disclosed the injury at the last game. also, i really hate how they keep using him and encouraging 3pt shots. hes a 3pt rhythm shooter
he doesn't have to shoot the 3 but honestly, they're good looks...but his shots aren't falling. It's not going to get much better this season...he's going to have to fix it in the off season.
If rockets steal a win tonight which is verY unlikely the way things are going right now, i will be happy for the team. However if they lose which is very likely to happen and lin is sitting out, then he can't be blamed for it. Let the blame be on someone else. Most likely will be on Harden. But who will blame him? Nah, coach won't .
They'd go and beat teams like Griz and play hard against ATL and gets blown out by Bucks and almost lost to Hornets. SMH.
Fking defense is garbage. Harden cost them at least 12 points already, everyone playing like they're wearing lead shoes.
JLin is -22 0/4 4TOs (yes I know TOs don't matter right?)...Coaches put him back in 2nd half...Yes they are playing Lin, at least he has 2 points now yay!
Lets take that as a visual reminder of how hard bball and how tough Lin really is.
People always bicker about Lin "being soft" - damn - blow to knee, hit to the thigh, crashing on back, landing on chest, bleeding from nose, bleeding from head...
take the day off Lin. Get ready for tomorrow. I guess his knee is ok. I hope they have good docs. For some weird reason, McHale is now obsessed with Lin playing tons of minutes despite getting seriously banged up
Monta Ellis > Jeremy Lin

Deletewhatever
DeleteHow many times can asik get the ball in the beginning? He is 7 foot! Omg!
ReplyDeleteThe fix is in tonight: A staged career-ending knee injury for Jeremy Lin...
ReplyDeleteThat's a perfect example of Lin not taking the shot he should be taking. A short jumper was available.
ReplyDeleteStill can't hit a 3 damn!
ReplyDeletehow many times will harden bring up the ball!...thats got to be a coaching directive
ReplyDelete0/2 both treys and 1 to so far...he is cold need to attack to get flow
ReplyDeleteblwe by harden very WEAK D
ReplyDeleteMonte blew by*
DeleteMonta killing Harden....
ReplyDeleteLol harden...is that monta that blew past him jh didn't bother.
ReplyDeleteHarden is not gonna pass the ball to lin anymore cus he missed 2 's 3 pts shot!
ReplyDeleteHARDEN have no right to bitch he missed 5 already
Delete2 TO already!
ReplyDeleteAsik caused one of those
Delete+1 steal
DeleteSigh nice steal wasted by a morris tha was sleeping jlin need tI slow down for his teammates or what
ReplyDeleteFking harden is pissing me off wtf was that forced airball lin was there and wtf let monta blow pass again
ReplyDeleteairball by harden??uhm.....
DeleteHarden always slow's down the pace sigh
ReplyDeleteAnd out he goes at 2 like clockwork jennings smiling
ReplyDeleteJennys 1 -5 so far
DeleteAsik 0-3 from free throw loool
ReplyDeleteLin please score more than 10 pts tonight lol
ReplyDeleteGrrr.... Team is turning the ball over like butter....
ReplyDeleteDamn Lin looks very slow to me for some reason when he drives
ReplyDeleteHe does look very slow on drives
DeleteNo screens lin is just going nowhere
ReplyDeletedoesn't look like we're going to see a lot of ball movement. looks like it's going to be harden/td's night.
ReplyDeletewell there is always 2 halves to every game
DeleteOmg! What is lin doing?
ReplyDeleteThis is one rare moment when i won't complain if jjeremy sits on the bench. I think he should be resting tonight and resting that knee.
ReplyDeleteJLin should have be given a day off and sit out this game!
ReplyDeleteoops, *been
DeleteI wanted JLin to sit out this game!
They are cold going to lose unless they start defending...harden is just giving up points
ReplyDeleteHe will go to bench soon .
ReplyDeleteSOON? How soon? He is still on the floor.
DeleteOops! He is out. Thank God
DeleteJ's slow right now. is he really cleared to play tonight? must be the knee..
ReplyDeletemeanwhile.. Bucks are killing Rockets offensively and defensively
Harden is a good scorer... but I don't see him as a franchise player.
ReplyDeleteDamn PASS THE BALL AND LET THE GAME COME TO YOU JAMES!!!
This is the WORST half I've seen the Rockets play.
ReplyDeleteJeremy being stupidly unselfish on offense. And Harden being stupidly apathetic on defense.
Ouch. Hopefully McHale tears into them at halftime and Jeremy starts attacking, win or lose.
STOP TAKING 3s MAN!!!
DeleteUGH.
Nah he needs to keep shooting, no other way to out of his slump
Deletedid lin ask for a screen from harden and did he ignore lin?
ReplyDeletethis game is sitnking
ReplyDeleteDont tell me mchale is going to use jlin for 40 something mins tonight?is he going to kill that knee?
ReplyDeleteNow! We just hope lin can score 2 pts ! Lol
ReplyDeleteThe why he is playing he might get zero point. Blow out by Bucks before half and we will never see Lin again (I hope, to rest him). Another TO..bad one too.

DeleteDelfino keeping us on the game!! Yeah! 2 consecutive 3 ball! Nice!
ReplyDeletelin playing like a non factor tonight. scrub like.
ReplyDeletemaybe take a break fr shooting jumpers...
Deleteit's games like this that Lin look very scrub like D league player at best.
Deletehe needs to stop shooting near/at the 3 line and get closer to the basket.
DeleteHe seems to be driving fine though getting stopped...Why he isn't faking and taking his fadeaways and use his mid range game I don't know.
DeleteAnything is better than 0/4 4TOs.
might be Jeremy needs a better shooting coach?
ReplyDelete4TO 0 pts? No way!
ReplyDeleteWhat's up with Lin's knee?
ReplyDeletenothing's wrong. what are you talking about?
Deletepeople are talking about something being wrong with his knee. What's the deal?
DeleteRoberlin - Jeremy was fouled hard last vs Hornets that he feel on his knees and has to be pulled out for awhile, but he came back again.
Deletethanks, Isabel. That's all I wanted to know.
Delete*I meant fell
DeleteHe landed awkwardly in the game vs. Hawks, his right knee was bent backwards as he landed on his back. He needs to learn to land on the hard wood floor properly.
DeleteJeremy thinks he's Ray Allen. Seriously, J-Lin...what the heck??? You have the entire 5-10ft area wide open.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm blaming this bad performance on Jeremy as much as anyone. Sometimes you gotta man up and take it to the rim...
that's because he's being forced to play the 2-guard position and he's playing without the ball. That's not his game.
DeleteHis knee isn't good to drive. He should sit out this game!!!
Deletereally? he looks like he's been playing the same way he has all december but he's not getting to the hoop.
DeleteI'm very certain he's hurting!
Delete@livyrlife, that's what your mom said last night.
DeleteNo, it's because he's not taking the mid-range shots he has been for the past TWO WEEKS.
DeleteThere's been several articles on the Rockets coaches/GM advocating the severe reduction of mid-range shots for statistical reasons...but that shouldn't apply to excellent mid-range shooters like Jeremy and Tony Parker.
Wait yer saying its the coaches that want them to take less mid range shots? What does that accomplish?!
DeleteThey believe mid-range shots less efficient.
DeleteIs there something wrong with Lin's knee? He looks slow.
ReplyDeleteI dont think its his knee. The other day someone crashed into Lin. The other guys knee hit Lins thigh pretty hard. Im guessing that Lin has a big bruise right there.
DeleteAs always Rox play like crap when they don't let Lin play pg. I just saw a few plays of the game, and none has JLin brought the ball down and set up the offense. Rox will lose if they continue to play like this.
ReplyDeletethere is no offense, except Hardin going on 1 on 5.
DeleteFirst game lin has 0 point maybe?
ReplyDeleteNah man, Lin will bounce back 2nd half if McHale let him run the point every possession.
DeleteOk where are lin trolls lol...
ReplyDeleteyou have to admit, he's playing really bad tonight. 0pts. 4TO's. Slow. That's why I keep asking, is his knee okay?
Deletehe's hurting and he didn't have a good night sleep last night!
DeleteI hope coach let's him start the half...he gets better as the game goes on.
ReplyDeleteThe problem with the rockets in this game is that harden is initiating the offense, and doing a crappy job. but, people are gonna blame Lin while Harden can do no wrong.
ReplyDeletethat's the whole idea of the coaching staff and morey.
Delete@livyrlife, your sarcasm and trolling are not appreciated. GTFO.
Deletechill k.smith, i'm no trolling. i'm as upset as every fan here!
Delete@livyrlife, STFU, you're trolling.
Deletedon't vent anything on me, k.smith! what makes you think i'm trolling? i'm really upset with the coaches' decision and JLin's decision to play this game!!!
DeleteDamn, I am telling you the word "trolling" is being used way too inappropriately and too much.
Deleteeb5, i don't appreciate your reply. it's between me and k.smith and i'm not upset with her/him.
DeleteI agree with eb5, we should not use trolling too much though...
DeleteLin better get at least 2 points. Though he is an OK driver, I'll much rather harden do it. He's basically a harden at a lower level. If only he could hit wide open 3s at 40%, he would be a much complete player and the rockets would be more competitive.
ReplyDeleteIm back on the Lin needs to be traded bandwagon. How about the Knicks? They need a young point guard. Jeremy Lin for Ray Felton and Amare Stoudemaire.
ReplyDeleteno trading yet. I'll give it until next year with the Rockets.
Deletehaven't been able to see the game. is he hobbling? they still havent disclosed the injury at the last game. also, i really hate how they keep using him and encouraging 3pt shots. hes a 3pt rhythm shooter
ReplyDeletehe doesn't have to shoot the 3 but honestly, they're good looks...but his shots aren't falling. It's not going to get much better this season...he's going to have to fix it in the off season.
DeleteSIMPLE SOLUTION...
ReplyDeleteLET LIN BE THE DAMN PG and HARDEN BE THE SG!!!
Just move the ball and spread the damn floor!!
Harden, if you're reading this... PASS THE FUCKING BALL TO LIN!!!!
calm down. no dirty words please.
Deletehe's on the ladder to Kia's MVP. He needs to score hence he needs the ball more! That's my wild guessing..haha..may not be true..
DeleteRockets getting out rebounded and coughing the ball up.... slowing down the pace
ReplyDeleteIt's his right ankle..He tweaked it in the NO game...
ReplyDelete1/3 of the season over... still waiting for Jeremy PnR besides the occasional one with Harden...
ReplyDeleteIf rockets steal a win tonight which is verY unlikely the way things are going right now, i will be happy for the team. However if they lose which is very likely to happen and lin is sitting out, then he can't be blamed for it. Let the blame be on someone else. Most likely will be on Harden. But who will blame him? ReplyDeleteWith this team you never know.
ReplyDeleteThey'd go and beat teams like Griz and play hard against ATL and gets blown out by Bucks and almost lost to Hornets. SMH.

C'mon Lin you got this!
DeleteHolding his head up high that's it get them! Only 6pts behind now.
Deletebucks announcers>>>>>rockets announcers
ReplyDeleteAnother TO cause by asik couldn't catch the ball
ReplyDeleteHe apparently couldn't stand up straight either...Lol what a bad rebound...
DeleteFuck - Lin bleeding big time
ReplyDelete????...hope he's alright...pray
DeleteBleeding from left side of his head. He was walking without trouble so I think its just a cut. Maybe need some stitching up...
Deletegahdddd f.ucking damnit.
ReplyDeleteWow that's a few stitches, I wonder if he'll be back.
ReplyDeleteHoly fuck! Holy shit!
ReplyDeleteFuck head collision. This looks bad.
ReplyDeleteare we happy now because lin is really getting his rest now.
ReplyDeleteNot in this fashion though. He is playing hurt and got hurt more. Jeremy i'll pray for u.
DeleteOMG!Jeremy should really be out iof the entire game now.
ReplyDeleteawful looking cut. prob no concussion. wow never seen so much bleeding not even in a boxing match so quickly.
ReplyDeleteWatch UFC :)
DeleteJust when he got it going they splitted his head open, literally.
ReplyDeletedang... jeremy really working hard for his money tonight... bucks self-destructing right now
Deletelove these announcers. they love lin. i still remember how they were enamored last year
ReplyDeleteThey were made believers last year.
DeleteAt first, they thought he was overrated and then they saw him in person and finished by saying, "He's the real deal..." "No doubt..."
You can tell they have more respect for lin than houston announcers.what's their deal?
DeleteLets take that as a visual reminder of how hard bball and how tough Lin really is.
ReplyDeletePeople always bicker about Lin "being soft" - damn - blow to knee, hit to the thigh, crashing on back, landing on chest, bleeding from nose, bleeding from head...
lol @ JLin being soft [?]
Deletethat's true words there, Willy. He really play very very hard and willing to sacrifice his body everytime
DeleteSome say hes soft, passive, has no balls, scared, bla bla bla. You know...
DeleteSome people are BLIND
DeleteI just hope he's alright for tonight's game!
DeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
DeleteHe is not soft physically but his heart is soft and kind.
DeleteSome people are not just blind, many are Stupid.
Deletei hate watching the rockets when lin isn't on the court...pls come back...
ReplyDeletethey are winning without him on the court.
Deletetd getting hott, lin's for sure not coming back.
ReplyDeleteguys, new thread
ReplyDeleteThis is going to look bad if Lin is out of this game and they win...He's at -17 while all other starters are + now.
ReplyDeleteno. I don't think so. There's time he's big + like 33 I remember in one game. Forget what game that is!
DeleteThey fought back - trailing only 6 or so when JLin left. Im happy for TD and I dont think JLin can ever look bad :)
DeleteTD raining 3s.
ReplyDeleteJust let him rest for this game. They are playing great now.
ReplyDeletetake the day off Lin. Get ready for tomorrow. I guess his knee is ok. I hope they have good docs. For some weird reason, McHale is now obsessed with Lin playing tons of minutes despite getting seriously banged up
ReplyDeletedouglas > lin at the moment
ReplyDeletewhy aren't they updating on Lin's condition??
ReplyDeletewtf
ReplyDeletewft @ the commentator "turn it over turn it over turn it over" like a broken record player lol
ReplyDelete
