"Jeremy Lin played one-on-one Saturday afternoon, an indication that he is ahead of schedule in his recovery from knee surgery.....Lin was running, cutting and moving laterally on the American Airlines Arena court three hours before Game 1."
YES. Moving around (carefully) should speed up recovery. And in another article he said he's feeling great and "planning" on a 2nd round return. I wonder if there's even a slight chance of a late series (Game 6 or 7) return. He could come off the bench and/or play off the ball.
Shumpert likely out for good too. The officiating was really sickening however. So many flops by Lebron I lost count. The free throw differential was simply amazing.
Miami went on a 24-2 run after it was 29-31, almost all the points from free throws.
free throw differential was mostly due to miami attacking, while the knicks devolved into isos from anthony, and not having anyone else that could penetrate because of stifling D from miami. van gundy and breen mentioned that as well (referring to lack of capable penetrators). missing lin yet? of course, if knicks get lucky with chucking 3s, they'll claim lin wasn't needed. LOL!
Looks nice, and I'm not even much of a fan of Nike's basketball shoes. Looks like the kind you wear on the street and keep it clean, not for a real game, lol.
I wonder how Lin's Nike contract works, if he's still on his original Nike contract, or when that expires and he'll get a huge one next.
OMGOSH ! HOW MUCH DO THE SHOES COST ?! SO BEAUTIFUL <3

Miami Heat destroying the NY Knicks 81 - 47 at the end of the 3rd quarter. Carmelo held to just 3-15 FG shooting.
DeleteKnicks need JLin back ASAP. They look completely outmatched and dominated. They might be swept in 4 games.

DeleteI suspect Lin is going to make his return in Game 3!
DeleteI hope not. A rusty player in a high intensity game is very easy to re-injure himself. See Derrick Rose.

so i guess Nike is pretty confident he'll still be knick by the color of the shoes.
ReplyDeleteI think you are right, I'm happy for him. NY needs him. I like the shoes, I'll buy one.
