  1. Hahaha Jason Kidd named a finalist for sportsmanship award...Who in the world nominates these things?! If he wins there'll be a riot in NYC.

    1. Seriously Jason Kidd? He don't deserve that award after that foul that he did to Jeremy Lin. Our @Jlin7 should win it. He's a good role model, humble and a team leader. I miss Lin, it's so boring to watch Knicks games now. I always pray for his speed recovery.

  2. That was my first thought as well. "Jason Kidd? Seriously? Why not Andrew Bynum? Or Kevin 'face-stomp' Love?"

The NBA Sportsmanship Award has a much more impressive past winner list than "Most Improved." I guess it's easy to be a good sport when you're really good at sports!

Kidd would be a joke. CP3 isn't a complete jerk for a superstar. Don't know much about Ridnour or Jamison's sportsmanship "credentials." Lin or Battier seem like good choices.

  6. A wife beater like Jason Kidd is up for a "sportsmanship" award.

You can't make this sh*t up.

  7. I think this should be the consolation prize if Jeremy Lin doesn't win The Most Improved Player Award .... which he deserves much more than anyone else.

Jeremy is the most improved player in the NBA compared to last season BY FAR.

He also never picked up a technical foul, flagrant foul, or even said anything bad to the media about anyone else.

  10. It's not just that Kidd had that dirty foul, he could have at least went over and helped Jeremy up and made sure he was okay, give him a pat or something. Is he getting the award for dealing with Lamar Odom's pity???
