Thanks aman2k!

  1. Repeating an earlier post, note in the clip that when Udoh makes his block, it is Jeremy that is actually the first one back. He streaks by Radmanovic who is loafing back.

I think most GM's would agree that signing Lin is a safer bet than say a second round pick, or even a late first round pick.

It will be very interesting to see what happens this Saturday with the roster.

  3. "waive 7" made some great points particularly about being a Lin fan is separate at this point from being a GSW fan. This is surfacing because it's obvious to me that Lacob and Smart are / will not be on the same page. At this point, I'm going to give Lacob the benefit of the doubt that he'll remove Riley and Smart mid-season while GSW also makes personnel changes. Otherwise, it's another season of "entertainment" basketball without D. J Lin will be fine and better off in DLeague or on any squad whose coach demands performing at both ends of the court: Lakers, Spurs, Jazz, Celtics, etc. Interesting weekend for JLin for sure...to be continued...

  4. Will this website end if Jeremy goes to the D-League? Who will provide updates / stats from his new team?

  5. I take back what I said about Lin going to Sacramento. Not exactly a team of "Character" guys.

  7. All D-League games stream live from their website. It's the futurecast at the D League website.

  9. i totally agree with Waive #7. if had the money, i'd go to the next game (shown on ESPN) and put up a sign "Waive #7 - set him free!" or something like that. lacob is on a verge of destroying this kid's career for his own selfish reasons if he in fact signed lin for PR. if he hadn't stepped in, lin would have signed with LA. i don't know how that would have turned out but it sure as hell much better than this. lacob, you are a greedy prick!!

  10. I suppose giving up half the contract is a lot of money but I too believe for career purposes it is better if he's a free agent. He's proven he can play, given the minutes. If he goes to d-league and keeps the contract I suppose that's fine too. The thing that would annoy me is if they keep him on the bench, wearing a suit but d-league is more likely if they keep his contract. They could then work some sort of trade and get value for him.

check this post out from matt steinmetz answering joe question about jlin. lin has a better chance in sticking with the team then smart or riley.
