Man, Curry is turnover machine again. I hope he cuts it down when the season starts. They're only in the 3rd quarter and 6 turnovers already. If he keeps it up, the Warriors should really start a backup plan for him.
He played mostly off-the-ball for the record -- 5pts (0-0 FG, 5-6 FTs), 2 rebs, 2asts, 1stl, 2 TOs. Nice showing in <12 minutes. Hope he'll get to play a bunch against Goran Dragic tomorrow -- as they're very similar PG types (even JL said so).
In the two games where he's actually broken a sweat, JLin is now a combined +23 in 23 min. Even if it's against subpar competition, that has to count for something...
he needs to start taking shots, and build the confidence up. he is playing with low confidence and that keeps him from playing on his full potential. keep your faith in God, give it all to the Lord Jesus, hold nothing back and he will make a way.
Keep giving him minutes. The smartest person is the one who studies all the time and the dumbest person is the one who never gets to apply what he learns. Believe me, I did not realize that a person can be so smart yet so dumb at the same time until I met new college graduates. Jeremy has to have playing time otherwise he will just become a great coach in the future.
he really needs to be careful with turnovers..

ReplyDeleteLIN IS SAFE FROM BEING CUT, ONLY ONE SPOT LEFT AND THAT BETWEEN MILES AND ADRIEN.

ReplyDeletePlayers can only become better by playing in real game situations ... not from meaningless garbage time minutes, and not by watching from the bench.
